These come in a large sealed tub.The gummies are a nice texture and taste very good with no nasty sweetener taste.Unfortunately the listing and packaging are a complete mess and someone needs to update them as soon as possible. You get 150 gummies, after that it's a lot murkier... The tub says to take 1-2 per day but it also says that one gummy is a serving with one serving containing 5g of creatine plus other ingredients, the problem is that each gummy only weights 3g. In the listing photos is says 30 days supply which would be 5 per day but in the listing details it says 37 days supply and to take 4 per day. What a mess, the only thing for sure is that it's not one per day for 5g of creatine as that is physically impossible.I've taken creatine everyday for years with no negative effects and it definitely gives your training and recovery a boost.It's hard to rate this product based on value due to the confusing listing but the quality does seem very good.
