Let me just say- my husband wears this EVERY DAY. He was kind of skeptical at first, but after wearing it he became much more confident in his body and really liked the way he felt. He looked 20 lbs slimmer. Really holds it all in. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Love it. More please. Priceless.

Very hard to stretch at first but it squeezes everything though, it's good to hold in on fat days, but my advice wear button up shirts with patterns, kinda squeezes everything out the sleeves and underarms, gives an odd lump for plain tees

Fits very tight, which I like. I just wish it was not super long. I ordered a small but the length was extra long for me. It is a great shirt to wear under

This shirt is magic Im not a big guy but I got a little something going on up top and this makes it go away I can wear it all day don't even notice it .... I highly recommend it if you a guy like me... Lol

I usually wear an XS/ S, but since this product's size chart says that M would also fit my body size, I went ahead and bought this. It's true, it does fit. It's actually very comfortable to wear, even in very hot/humid weather. Does the job of hiding gynecomastia very well. My only complaint is that the length of this vest is quite short (up to the waist) so it's annoying when it rides up after you sit and stand. Other products that are longer ride up too, but because they're longer, they don't ride up past the waist. It's not a big deal, but might bother some people, so thought I would mention it.

My moobs stick out through regular dress shirts, t-shirts, even some sweaters despite wearing traditional undershirts. Usually I'm a M, so I got a S to make sure this would compress very well. It worked! Can't see the moobs. The flatter tummy look is an added bonus.An extra-tight shirt on a fat guy definitely hurts a bit, but not as much as I worried. It was actually possible to wear this for a 12 hour stretch while driving, walking around, lifting stuff, sitting, stairs, etc. Boy did it feel good to get out of these at the end of it though.Good to have in my kit for days when I need to make an impression. Definitely not for everyday use.

The pictures on Amazon show different size as per weight vs what’s Printed on the actual product. I ended up buying incorrect size because of this.

I'm actually writing this to help others who are interested, and have doubts. I was also checking out these and other types for a while hesitant to try it. I used to have another slimming vest. It was thick and have hooks and a zipper. It was strong but i would get so hot in it.I was concerned this one wasnt strong enough for what i wanted. Its actually amazing!! Super Strong AND Lightweight. I wore it all day at work (hairstylist) and didnt break a sweat. Although my dress shirt was thinner material than usual i even wore a dress vest over the shirt and not hot. Very breathable.SIZING: im an XL usually and got a L in this. Its tight as hell, but u got step into and pull it up bit by bit, but really holds you in and is not uncomfortable from zippers or ribbing bones of other vests digging into your skin. But i was not uncomfortable in it all, even bending over and moving around. Shocked its that good for the price!! Got it in 2 days as promised.

Je l'ai utilisé 1 seule fois a ce jour car jai de la.misere a m'habituer mais la qualité du matériel est tres belle et bonne. Ca fait juste bizarre et étrange comme sensation d'être "squeezer" de tout bord tout côté mais bon, cest comme ça... je le recommande pour une soirée habillé ou l'on veut cacher un petit ventre ou poitrine "man boob" 😉. Il faut juste attendre a vraiment etre serré dedans, tel une douzaine de sardines dans la canne de conserve.
