Couldn't be more satisfied. Sound clarity is amazing, bass is as much as needed, mic filters out unwanted sound great based on other people's feedback, baterry last forever and feel is really premium. Unless I'm headbanging, they also stay on for my workouts.

I had a very disappointing experience with this product. After only one year of normal use, the earbuds started disconnecting automatically after about 10 minutes of use. This issue occurs consistently, making the product unreliable. To rule out compatibility problems, I tested the earbuds with several different devices, but the same issue occurred every time. I also reset the earbuds multiple times according to the recommended troubleshooting steps, but nothing solved the problem. I contacted the Soundcore customer support team hoping for a solution. Unfortunately, I did not receive any meaningful assistance or support, and the issue remains unresolved. Considering the price and the expected quality of the product, I am extremely disappointed that it failed after such a short period. Reliable performance and good customer service are important, and in my experience, this product fell short on both. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend purchasing this product. I expected much better durability and after-sales support from the brand.

These are amazing! The sound is incredible and you can customize it to your own liking by Hear ID through the soundcore app. First I thought they would be too big, so I had the 4nc first, but those did hurt on the inside of my ear and then I found a review from someone that the 4 pro’s were more rounded and a little smaller. They were right! They are a perfect fit and do not hurt. Also the fact that you receive silicone buds in the box in 6 sizes is a good fit for everyone. Love the silver blue color very much. The case is fabulous and you can arrange the sound through the case front Touch Bar, no phone needed if you want ANC which goes up to number 10. The app itself is very versatile and a lot of adjustments can be made. Also the pinch function on the earbuds I like more than tapping a couple of times for different song etc. I can feel where to pinch with my 2 fingers easily and swiping for higher or lower sound is also nice. I activated 3 times pinching for Siri on my iPhone through the app, so I can ask her things. I would recommend to watch YouTube to learn more about how they work. It helped me a lot. So happy I bought these on sale here on Amazon. Great product and high quality for the money. My brother bought them too in see through shiny black and he said they are amazing as well.
