I chose this salt to help me control high blood pressure, as part of a healthy lifestyle approach and alongside medication. I like this one as, despite having 53% less sodium, it does not have very high potassium. Too much potassium in these salt alternatives can cause hyperkalaemia if you have a lot which is a serious health thing. It tastes fine and my family have not really noticed the difference when I use it in cooking. They still add the regular stuff at the table if they want to. You cannot hide this salt at the table as it is yellow. Very pleased with this purchase and will buy again. This was the first time I had purchased Low Sodium Salt and I have to say it is not for me. It had a strange tasted and I would not buy it again.

This low sodium salt actually takes great! I tried the usual low sodium salts before and I could not get used to the terrible aftertaste...This actually tastes like normal salt or even better.The ONLY disadvantage is the price.

I used to use Lo Salt but switched to this and so glad I did! When you smell it it's reminiscent of smelling salts, but when sprinkled on food it gives an extra dimension in flavour. I can genuinely taste the difference and it's for the better. I will be buying this for as long as it's made and feel this price is definitely worth it. It's almost like MSG without the MSG.

I came across this Salt when researching for healthy eating habits, just an amazing buy it has Witamis in and vegan friendly , more salty than usual salt so need a little to season your foods. I'm really glad I found it I'm recommending to all of my friends and family.
