I took me a long minute to figure out how to activate it but it's working now, charges quickly and hold s the charge for the greater part of the day.I only gave it 4 stars because the Amazon advertisement says it comes with Apple EarPods, but it doesn't. I reported it to Amazon and never received a reply.

Very disappointed, gave this to my 12-year-old didn’t even last four months. Doesn’t charge screen black out with a dead battery.

I just got it today and it was easy set up and it downloaded my songs automatically with my iTunes account. The only thing that wasn't included were the ear buds but I'm not upset about that I have earbuds I can use.

Grandson loves this. It’s a great size seems to be durable he just got it for Christmas. Hard to tell about the battery life because he’s on it a lot it gets charged about every other day but doesn’t take long to charge. Worth the money

Works fine for my 9 year old daughter. She can use it as her “phone” and text her friends and play games. It only stays charged for about 20 minutes at a time but I actually don’t mind because I’d rather her not be glued to the iPod all day anyway. It has taught her some responsibility. She has to keep up with it and make sure she charges it, along with keeping up with the charger.
