Good Quality. As described. Is a little too firm to begin with but will persevere with short rolling until used to it. Company doesn't sell the less dense version (often white) and other reviews etc have said that the softer version soon flattens and deforms. However, according to some web references and reviews, including my physio, a less dense 10mm roller might be suitable start for rehab patients and older more frail people. Professional friendly seller with good communication and web information. Am happy with my purchase.

I bought this maximo roller after it being recommended by my physio. I am in recovery from Breast cancer, and by using this roller I have been able to complete exercises which open my chest and prevent scar tissue from building up.It's recommended for yoga moves which I have also recently started.Great product, great price and easy to store at home. My intention is to take it to work with me to complete my exercises through the day because it's that easy.

A great firm foam roller - long enough that I can lie my spine down along it to stretch out my chest, and work out any stiffness across my back and in both legs at the same time, etc. Perfect density for me, and exterior doesn't feel cheap or plastic-y. Would recommend!

The roller is well made and very light. The longer length is perfect for lying on spine to base of neck to relax back as well as for other excercises. Comes with a helpful video sent via Amazon and also good easy to use instructions.

Very happy with this product. It's firm and doesn't distort easily.I have owned other rollers that have become oblong after a couple of uses, shape retention was number 1 on my requirements list.

This sort of roller recommended by chiropractor to support a neck/posture issue.Pros; supportive - barely compresses and I have a bulky frame, recovers from any compression quickly.Cons; could be cheaper but everyone needs to make money.Overall; effective and recommended.

I had 45cm foam roller already which I've been very happy with and I realised recently that I need a longer one too for further exercises. This is really firm and sturdy tool compare to those soft ones are sold by other sellers! don't be fooled by it, I highly recommend this make if you are serious about your work outs and stretches :)

Love this foam roller - started a new fitness class with it and it is amazing. Really good for shoulders and upper back and by working on those areas it helps with lower back pain. So glad I bought this
