Massively awesome, awesomely massive.
NOTE: If you want to know how well this watch keeps time (a fair question), my review won't help. But after an hour of wear it's going like a champ. The movement is Japanese if that helps you. Now......if you're a Cap fan, you'll really love it. Be warned, though: it is big, heavy and not designed for children. But would you really want your Captain America timepiece to be small and light? The answer to that is "no." Seriously, if you ever need to stop a Hydra baddie and quick, just throw this at them. But the watch's dimensions are given in the description, so fair enough. There's a decent chance you'll be removing some links. And watch out for walls and corners.There's a lot of great detail on this thing: the crown is a miniature Cap shield, the Marvel logo is embossed on the clasp and - the best one - the face is slightly domed, just like the "real" shield. The back is stamped with the edition number (e.g., mine's 193/300), and the numbers on the tachymeter ring are stamped as well - not printed. That's actually something you won't find on a lot of watches at this price. The metal strap (the whole watch is metal) is maybe a bit thinner than I'd like, but I wouldn't consider it a deal-breaker. The clasping mechanism is solid.The presentation is nice, too. The box is sturdy and well printed, and there's a little pocket on the inside to hold your certificate of authenticity and spare links. The seller even wrapped it, so if you're giving this as a gift it's pretty much ready to go.Overall it's really a lot more than I was expecting from a (let's face it) novelty watch, and I think you'll be happy with your purchase. A great watch! and a great service!
I had problems with the deliverty the first time I bought the watch. But Amazon's guarantee was great and they gave me back my money, and then I bouhrgt the watch again , and I received it without any problems and on time. Its a great watch! I love it.
