Robin Red Dynamite Baits Pre Drilled 12mm Carp Pellets 90g Day Session Pack

Robin Red are (in my opinion) one of the most desirable baits for carp. On many occassions, I've tried various baits, various flavours & enhancers, various methods of presenting the bait, but one thing that I've found carp coming back to when nothing else works, is Robin Red. These are hard pellets, therefore they have to be soaked for a period of time to make them soft enough to thread them on to a hair via the pre-drilled hole. However, my prefered choice these days is to band them directly to the hook. The bands I have been using are these ->  Sharplace 10 Pieces Professionals Clear Carp Coarse Fishing Pellet Boilies Bait Band Terminal Tackle S/M/L - Clear, L . They have a tag on the edge of the band, with a small hole which is fed on to the hook. The pellet is inserted in to the band & adjusted to provide the perfect presentation. Using this method aliviates to need to soak them, which also ensures that they last longer in the water without disintegrating. Taking various specifics into account: The price, the shelf life, the resulting carp interest, the ease of use (with bait bands) - these have to be a great addition to your bait box.
