These baking cups are just a tad larger than others, and that little bit makes a nice difference! I used them to make mini quiches and just set the loaded cups on a baking sheet. The cups held up perfect and released the the little quiches easily (no cooking spray needed!) We were on a retreat weekend and so the quiches were served in their pretty little cups. I am the absolute worst cook among my friends and they were shocked and amazed with my use of these wonderful and pretty silicone baking cups. And cleanup was so easy!

FYI: I purchased these baking cups for double duty: 1; as food separators for my bento box lunches (Bentgo brand, specifically), and 2; as baking cups. I haven't had a chance to use them as baking cups yet, so I will review that aspect later as opportunity allows.I have used them to hold hard boiled egg slices, olives, nuts, craisins, etc., and I have used them to place sauces and dips in, like hummus, ranch, and salsa, etc. They work great for this purpose, are quick and easy to clean up by hand, and store nicely in their container. I like the colors and their flexibility - and, they don't feel cheaply made or flimsy.I will edit my review once I've had an opportunity to use them for their intended purpose ;) but so far I love them.EDIT 8/19/2015: I used them for muffins and they worked great! Super easy to clean up afterward and held their shape. I saw where someone said they retained baking odor, so I checked them, but I didn't notice anything like that. I rinsed mine out with hot water and then hand washed them in Dawn dish soap - maybe that made a difference? I love these - I'm thinking about getting another set!

These silicone baking cups are wonderful! I bake mostly with almond, coconut and oat flours. These tend to make the batter of muffins, etc. very sticky. It's been extremely frustrating to watch a good bit of my muffins stick to paper liners or to the sides of the muffin tins (even with a generous greasing with butter). But not today! My pumpkin zucchini muffins came right out of the baking cups without any sticking.These cups are a great value for the price. They are sturdy without being too thick. I put them in my muffin pans and they worked great. They were easy to clean also as there wasn't much stuck to the inside. I put them in a bowl of soapy water and swished them around with my hand. Rinsed in hot water and put them on the counter to dry. If you are looking for silicone baking cups these are the ones you want.

I got these after being tired of always running out of those cupcake liner papers. I hate throwing things away that I don't have to but if you try cooking in the cupcake pan without a liner, it's just a mess to clean up. I tried them for the first time yesterday, making the chocolate chunk banana muffins that my 5 year old loves. I didn't use a cupcake pan, just placed them on a baking sheet and filled them. They are sturdy enough to stand up on their own, even with a thick batter. My recipe came out perfectly, cooked evenly, and the muffins just popped right out of the liners. All they needed was a quick rinse and towel dry and then placed back into the little storage container to be ready for next time. I love them. I'm going to order a second set for when I make larger batch items. Highly recommend!

I bought these not for baking, but for another task that I do daily, and that's pack lunches and snacks for my children. I bought these to use in plastic containers to separate foods in a bento-style box. They work wonderfully, which means I don't need to mess around with plastic baggies ever again. They're perfect in a zip lock 1 cup rectangular plastic container for a child's snack because you can put two things in one container. Today I sent goldfish crackers and berries. Tomorrow I'm sending prezel sticks and cubes of cheddar cheese.I'm saving money buying bulk items as opposed to individually wrapped items or plastic baggies, and time because it takes longer to bag something than it does to place it in the cup.They do need washing but I'm already washing their bento boxes and water bottles anyway so its not much extra work.

Have already put these to good use. They are great! Made savory breakfast muffins with sausage, egg, spinach. Muffins popped right out, nothing stuck as they do with paper liners. Plan to order some more right away, so will have 2 doz on hand for use, they are great!PS Just bought 2 doz as gift for my grand daughter. She was thrilled, said she'd been wanting some. My 3 yr old great grandson wanted to open the package. He immediately set to work, restacking them, first every other color, then all of one color, followed by all of another color, etc. I didn't know I had brought him a new toy. When I left he was stacking them upside down, making pyramids.

These are the second set we've bought because they are so useful. I use them to hold small items and goopy things like peanut butter in my son's bento-style box lunches. We also use them to make breakfast popovers, which are very eggy and even stick to our teflon muffin pan. These silicone cups are great either as liners or standing on their own on a baking sheet.I would just recommend that you wash them VERY well before using. They imparted a slight chemically taste to our popovers when we first started using them for that purpose. Also be aware that things do not crisp/brown as much as they would if baked directly in an unlined muffin tin.

These cups are such pretty color and won't create so much waste as traditional baking cups! Cups fit perfectly in my muffin pan. Silicone seems of good quality and does not have any kind of "smell" to it like cheaper/inferior products do. I was slightly disappointed at the "storage container" they claimed these came with. It wasn't really a storage container as much as it was plastic packaging you technically could keep to store them in (mine was cracked on the bottom). O well, they stack perfectly in my "baking utensils" drawer, so I guess I don't really need a "storage container" for them.

Love these. Have used them for cupcakes and for savoury frittatas and the baking cases were brilliant. Now have three sets and use different colours for different family members. I make up the mix for the cupcakes and then split it and add different flavourings for each batch. My husband knows his are in the orange and green cases; my daughter knows hers are the purple and pink etc. So much easier than having to keep on buying cupcake cases.

A terrific set of silicon baking cups! They are slightly thinner than an older set I have which make them easier to turn inside out for cleaning, with out being so flimsy that they fold while spooning in batter. They are beautifully non-stick and the rainbow of colours is quite sweet. Exactly as advertised + fast delivery = a recommended buy!

These are great, brightly coloured, reasonably sturdy and a good size for medium muffins.Only one thing - they are not completely non stick and need a spray of oil (or brushing with butter). I didn't know this and ended up peeling cake off the base. I only discovered it by going on youtube and watching other people use them.Otherwise - great.

Excellent silicone cupcake cases I wish I had bought them ages ago - held their shape when preparing/cooking/ washing and loved the bright colours

I initially purchased these cases to use in my Ramoska as they are recommend for making individual cakes/soufflés/potato cakes. They work perfectly. I haven't used them in a conventional oven yet. However, Globally Good emailed me a recipe booklet with plenty of tasty recipes so I'll be trying them soon. Overall I am delighted with them.

The colours are vibrant and they are easy to use. I mostly make cakes that don't require cooking and will be ordering more to save on huge numbers of paper cake cases that I go through at family parties. Delivery was very quick and they were packaged well.
