Outstanding!!
I've owned my blower for just over a year and it has been a great tool for my collection. Very dependable and easy to start. I recently needed customer service support and they were quick and exceptional! Not only did they provide professional support but the resolution they gave far exceeded my expectations! I will certainly buy from them again. Thank you for being and awesome team to work with!!!

As strong as the orange and white name brand
Works better than expected. I used it last fall and this winter for snow, it worked well. It is a screamer so you do need ear protection. I'll give it a few years to see if it holds up but for the price you really can't beat it. I got it to replace my older machine which was a orange and white name brand that lasted 14 years before it died, but with the price if I can get two or three years out this one I'll be happy.

Not a good product.
This started decently enough. However, after three months, I'm disappointed. My main problem now is that once you stop the engine, you can't get it started again unless you let it sit for several hours. You have to use tools to convert it from a blower to a vacuum. And the primer button is awkwardly located in a small crevice that you can barely see. I regret this purchase.

Nice
Liked the power but the bag would clog because it hung down and leaves would stick at the top. ECHO has a machine. Started up easy and changing from blower to vacuum decient. It as a good buy.

There is room for improvement...
Assembling this was harder than it needed to be due to the lack of cohesive instructions. There are a few points that could be clearer to make assembly and use simpler. Clearly identify the blower tube components AND the order in which they are assembled. Ditch the screws in the tube sections that are supposed to attach each piece after using the molded bayonet mount. They never meet or thread into the corresponding nut on the male side. The straps are not well padded and the waist strap doesn't have a quick adjustment, you either need a helper or you have to take the unit off your back and then adjust, check, repeat. I don't understand the two upper chest straps with the D-rings. Hanging on a rack maybe? Another reviewer used them for cinching the shoulder straps together. If so, it's a weird way to do it and if not, I have no idea what they're for. The recommended pre-mix of 40:1 is in small print in the specifications and again in small print in the Fueling section of the manual. Since gas to oil ratio in a 2-stroke is a critical component of engine longevity, the manual should have a section specifically about this that is LARGE type and have references throughout the manual. The fuel & oil mix bottle covers 25:1, 30:1, 40:1 and 50:1. The bottle should be specific to what the tool needs to avoid confusion and the molded ratio numbers could be larger for visibility. I look at this as a consumer/homeowner grade tool, perhaps for someone with a larger property, a lot of trees with fall leaves. I don't see it as a pro level tool due to some of its shortcomings, comfort being the paramount issue. With an order price of $210 and a MSRP of $230, there are well known brands that are within 30% of this purchase price. If you're looking for a cost conscious tool, however, if you're willing to wade through the instructions, this could be right for you. 3.5/5
