The installation is a bit fidelly, but doable. The instructions don't point out that there is a front and back direction.The main issue is that it has a plastic piece that makes it hard and un comfortable.Really disappointed. Considering buying something different

This headband is ok, but the materials used feel cheap and the pleather is very thin. The pleather on the old band has disintegrated over years of use, but this one feels like it will not last too many years before doing the same. Installation notes were lacking but I figured it out. Although these are not cheap headphones, I would like to have a fabric option instead of pleather, which is what I went with on my logitech headset earpads before they died, and I did not have to worry about the pleather fragments everywhere (and it looks ugly).

It fits is the good thing. The problem isn't the fit but the material. Not all pleather is created equal, and this pleather feels cheap. Since it's just a headband, it's not a deal breaker, but for the price of this band, they should have provided a much thicker pleather. If you can't find anything better, this will do.
