Great sound, excellent quality
Not a lot to say about this other than it is fantastic. Had been considering a reasonably powerful iPod / mp3 dock for a while, and saw these units in a high street store. Took the plunge after reading the reviews and can confirm it is an excellent unit.Build quality is fantastic (including the remote), the sound is crisp and clear, yes it's heavy on the bass but there's no distortion and as long as your neighbours don't mind it's great.Tested with a 4th generation 60GB iPod video and a 6th generation 8GB nano, both worked fine.Overall, having bought a range of cheaper docks over the years I can safely say I wish I'd not bothered and had gone for this instead first off. It's worth spending a few quid more on one of these units, especially if (like me) you get it on sale when it's under £90!

I was very underwhelmed with this speaker - it came across as though someone had knocked it up in they're garage with a bit of spare mdf - the remote was rubbish - sound was not great - sent it back.

My best purchase on Amazon in 10 years
My first ever review on Amazon, even if I have been buying stuff for years. Quite simply this product is a revelation. It plays my iTunes tracks, Youtube playlists etc, straight off the phone. I use it connected to my other (spare) phone to wirelessly stream digital radio in the kitchen, using the auxiliary connector provided. One issue is that the UK plug that came with the unit has a dodgy connector to the power adaptor. (plastic coating goes over the pin) All I did was use the US 2 pin with a plug adaptor I had in the cupboard, rather than bother asking for another one.As I said to my son, it goes into our 'Top value purchases of all time'. Incredible sound, particularly base from such a low cost single unit. The sound fills the room.Would recommend to anybody.

I bought this for my boyfriend for his 21st and I am very pleased! My boyfriend and I both agreed that the quality of sound was far better than what you'd expect for the price. The fact it comes with a remote is also very useful especially if it's going to be used for a party or gathering. In the past I've found docking stations to be too quiet for when you are having a party but I really cannot fault this one. It's a lot lighter than you'd expect as well which is good if you want to take it with you on trips etc. We are both very pleased with it! It also makes a fantastic present!

A robust design that produces a room filling sound. It's not the kind of kit to sit down and listen to for the sheer pleasure of it. It's more of a background sound (spoken word) or for dancing (it's heavy on the base). Don't be put off by the heavy base as the remote allows you to adjust it. In fact the remote is very useful. The only slight quibble I have is that it would be nice if there were a a holder on the side of the device to stow the remote when not in use (so you don't mislay it).

Amazing Sound, Apple build Quality
I was very very impressed with this Speaker Dock, The sound it produces is unreal, very deep bass and a huge thud on Dance/Music tracks, yet listening to Audio dialog switching it to Voice it becomes crystal clear, The build quality and overall look could easily be mistaken for an Apple Product its that good.Huge thumbs up, A friend of mine Has a Bose Dock he paid £300 for and apart from the Bayan being louder and having more Bass we could not tell the difference!!!!!Even the remote control for the dock is beautifully crafted very well made and resembles that of an iphone4Huge praise!
