Monkey with a Tool Belt and the Noisy Problem

As a pediatrician mom, I’m always looking for fun children’s books that are both entertaining for my boys as well as fun for me to read. This is truly a family favorite!

The series with Chico Bon Bon is great. My 6 and 4 year old enjoy me reading these stories to them. After my 100th time (believe me I know) they still ask for it every now and then. It's entertaining just to read off the list of tools he carries in his tool belt. Kudos to the illustrator/author as the drawings were very well detailed and we enjoyed looking at them.

THis book cracks me up. The pictures are adorable and quirky, and the story is very humorous and well done. We bought it for my father in law (a contractor) and then ended up buying one for our son as well because it was too cute not to own our own copy. It is full of off-the-wall humor that the younger kids love (my third grade class loved it) and the older adults can appreicate as well. It's definitely worth it!

My children love this book!

My 2 year old grandson love to build things and us tools so when I saw this book, I got the set for him. He loved and loves it yet. He now has his own tool belt and wears it as much as possible. This is a WONDERFUL BOOK for a child, especially if he has a dad who is into making and fixing things.

I got this book for a couple little boys I babysit (age 2 and 5) because after I had checked in out from the library and subsequently returned it, they kept asking to read about Chico Bon Bon. I gave them the set of three for Christmas and it was a hit. Cute book with detailed illustrations that make it fun to read/look at again and again.

Found out about this book from a handyman magazine. Great buy. My son laughs every time we go thru it. The fact that the monkey has a desire to use some critical thinking skills and tries to find a solution/tool is great. Exactly what I am wanting to teach my kids versus having everything just served-up to them.

Very well written kids book it kept my grandson very interested and my grandson enjoyed it very much not like some children’s book which can be written in a very young style

Lovely read, nice small rhymes. And furthermore, it helps kids to go to sleep. We have read this book from start few times.

My son liked reading this book on my kindle. It was quite funny in places.
