Ideal for basic speech.
For such a cheap device, I found it worked well for my purpose. I build robots and needed a reliable, small mic to replace the high quality one used during development. My essential requirement was clear speech so it could be processed by ai. By careful adjustment of the mic sensitivity, the robot can interpret speech to text reliably from as far away as the adjacent room. Embarrassing!

A generic product put to a peculiar use.
My mic listens for an ancient alarm to sound. It’s plugged into an ancient Nuc running Linux. That’s a recipe for a cheap mic not to work for some obscure reason and yet it works perfectly and easily. Excellent value for money. I wouldn’t use it for very high quality recordings but it does the job.

Small simple and works with Mac.
I wanted to use my MacBook closed but this disables the microphone now with this plugged in I can minimise the desk clutter and do conference calls with the small and simple microphone

Plug it in and it works!
I'm only using this to feed speech into an AI model. That said speech quality is very clear, even at the reduced sample rate I use. I tested it at 48KHz as well and it was really clear. Importantly I was able to plug it into a Winows PC and it just worked, easy! The same for a Raspberry Pi (Debian Linux) board. It seems well built and solid for what it is too. At the reasonable price I've a feeling I'll be ordering more for other similar projects!

Superb.
I spent almost a week attempting to repair my microphone on laptop. Nothing worked, no matter how many drivers I downloaded and installed. I ordered this on spec 2 days ago. I had no real hope it could possibly work. I plugged it in and immediately tried making a call. It worked instantly! I'm so happy and utterly grateful.

Compact, plug and play, no battery, amazing sound, no feedback, no reverb, no static.
PERFECTION This microphone is AMAZING!! I am a court reporter and my software has audio that goes with it. I have struggled for years to find a nice, clear, reliable microphone, and this is it!! I have spent a lot of money on mics. I have gone the cheap route and I have gone the very expensive route. NOTHING compares to this mic. I never dreamed that a $10.00 microphone that is so inconspicuous and literally looks like a flash drive that is just plugged into one of the ports on my laptop would perform so well. Other mics gave me really bad feedback, echoing, and just really poor sound. No more battery-operated mics. You never know when the battery needs changed unless you buy a battery tester. I just ordered me a second one of this mic. as a backup. Not sure how long it will last, so wanted to make sure I have a spare. I actually am going to buy a couple more. With my luck, this mic. will end up not being available at a later date.....;) If you need something really good, BUY THIS!!!!

今回で2個目の購入です、素晴らしい・・・私は 話し方が悪いのか、妻や友人から聞き返されことが多いのですが 活舌が悪いのに、このマイク素晴らしい YouTubeで主に使ってます、70歳を過ぎキーボードが億劫で このマイク安く感じます。
