I can't give these enough praise. I've been a cyclist for years and tried many different energy bars with varying success until a friend put me onto these.For me they are brilliant. Taste good, and are packed with carbs to keep your levels up whilst moving. They are small, light and don't take up a lot of pocket space and, most importantly for me, they melt in your mouth so no more spraying crumbs everywhere when you're trying to eat something whilst also blowing out of your arse, trying not to get dropped from the bunch!

Theses are great, tasty do the job and give that boost of energy but the only down side is they arrive broken due to how Amazon sends parcels (all in all you're going to break them up to consume them so not a big deal!)

These taste good and provide a quick hit of sugar/carbs. For longer distances the sweetness becomes a bit much and they are hard to stomach. I’ve started using more natural tasting bars/gels instead which are much more palatable over long distances.

These bars are small & light weight to carry in your ruck sack, but gives a great energy boost for a big hike. My son took these on his Duke of Edinburgh expedition & really helped give him the extra energy to keep going. I would highly recommend for any hike or sport such as running or skiing as so easy to carry with you. Not the cheapest, but a very handy small size individually wrapped for convenience.

I love these bars and great for a boost on long runs, but unfortunately the bars are not sent adequately protected so every single bar in the pack was broken. While these need to be broken up to eat anyway, many of the pieces were so small and fragmented it was difficult to eat on the go without it just being messy

So tasty.They never even made it out on a run with me.I tested one, then before I knew it I was bouncing off the walls and the box of 6 was empty.But I reckon they’d keep you fuelled during a run
