NOT GOOD FOR pfSense, BUT it is a great little mini PC
I didn't really do my research and bought this to use with PfSense. Well, the Realtek 2.5 Gbps NICs in this do not work with the default driver in the version of FreeBSD that PfSense 2.7.2 uses. There is a realtek-re-kmod driver that is supposed to support this chipset but after successfully installing it and adding the required lines to the loader.conf.local file... nothing.Ah well. So how is this little device as a mini PC? WAY better than I expected. IT appears to have a base stock windows 11 install that is activated by digital license. That is a good thing. After fighting with FreeBSD for a few hours I installed win11 back on and it activated Pro with the hardware license. This is far more responsive than I expected. My previous experience with intel low TDP SOCs was the last model of Atom. This is way better. Windows updates didn't really take all that much longer than my i9-12900hx equipped laptop. Normal everyday tasks were snappy. Of course this thing is terrible for any 3d gaming.I ran Prime95 SmallFFT and for the heck of it browsed the web while it was running. Surprisingly responsive! There is a very small pancake fan on the SOC and it is pretty quiet. It seems to be able to dissipate about 14.5 watts as that is where the CPU hoovered while running Prime95.The RAM and NVME (yes, it is not a SATA M.2) drive are incredibly easy to access with two small screws.I don't really know what I am going to use this thing for but it is easy to recommend for a basic computing device, say for a kid to use for school or general office tasks.I have only had it 2 days so of course I cannot comment on longevity. Some of the complaints I have read about earlier iterations seem to be addressed. there are no obstructions to the airflow.

NOT Intel NICs! Description says Intel Chipset. This N100 version has Realtek ethernet chips.
I'm using this as a router with openwrt on Proxmox so I can make this work with Realtek 2.5gb NICs but I was a bit aggravated that it didn't say that in the description. It says Intel Chipset. The N100 cpu is great for the intended purpose and my use case will likely just be routing on1Gbit networks so I can make this work.PFsense/OPNsense builders will want to steer clear of this box since those platforms strongly prefer Intel NICs.

Works great with Pfsense
Bought to use with Pfsense and it's working great. Nothing really to complain about at the moment. Setup was easy. Pfsense also gives better performance settings with this CPU than the usual powerd settings.Note: Pfsense is a net install, so I used a USB port replicator to get started and got the realtek driver installed. Then I reassigned the interfaces after the OS recognized them after a reboot. Also look for the power "always on" setting in UEFI so it boots automatically on power restoration. It is under extended settings on one of the tabs to the right.

Great little computer for the price
Small, well built, and for the price relatively fast. It won't game but if all you do is write documents, play videos etc. this little machine will do the trick. I bought is as a replacement for a PC from 2015 and wow it was such a speed difference. These new low power Intel processors have some chops. I wouldn't try a 100 page spreadsheet or video editing but for the rest of us, it will do just fine.

Great for a home server
This is a good PC to use as a home server for hosting light/basic programs. The Intel N100 is powerful enough for things like Homebridge which is what I mainly use it for. You could also plug storage into the USB ports and use it as a file server. The only reason I give this 4 stars is because the 2.5Gbps network controller is the Intel I225-V (3rd gen) is not the best. There are reports online about this network controller cutting out (which I did NOT experience), but I did have issues with the controller downloading to the PC. When uploading from the PC I can get the full 2.5Gbps, but downloading is limited to about 1.2Gbps. I purchased a 2.5Gbps USB to Ethernet adapter and that can get 2.5Gbps in both directions, but I wish I didn't need that.

So far so good
Well purchased 2 units and just now configuring them. So far worked as advertised. Setup was easy and the unit runs pretty cool. Noise level is quiet

As advertised, great buy
Perfect at home computer, turns on fast, starts fast, operates fast, plays videos fast, loads the internet fast. It’s not a gaming pc since it has no graphics card but it’s not supposed to be a gaming pc. I ordered a few different computers and returned them, not this one it’s a keeper. We love it!

Great unit for our needs for viewing multiple security cams
It’s got enough graphics horsepower for viewing our security multiple cameras all at once. Small footprint, attaches to the back of the monitor

Good prompt customer service
After 3 months the small fan started being very loud.. bearing failing? Reached out to the seller and they posted out a new fan to self install with detailed photo guide.Just replaced the faulty fan (pic attached) and its quiet again!! Hope it stays that way! Will give it time to see if the new fan lasts... in the mean time very happy with the customer support!

Good quality item
For basic computing this is great. I use mine as a dedicated Emby media server and have had multiple people streaming HD movies with no issues.

Windows 11 runs fine; didn't see or hear any fans; doesn't seem like there is a way to cool down PC
I'm going to write this review in point form. I think it would be easier to write and read.1) Has Windows 11 Pro. Windows runs fine on this PC. I did not see any slow downs or hiccups. There are no issues streaming movies or watching YouTube. The CPU is not that fast so I wouldn't expect this mini PC do be able to do too much more.2) The instructions talks about how to remove the cover to get to the SSD and RAM. You just have to remove 2 screws and the cover pops off. There is only 1 x RAM slot.3) I didn't see a way to take the rest of the case apart.4) There isn't a spot to install another drive. All the other mini PCs that I have seen has a spot for a 2.5" SATA drive. This one does not have one.5) a) There are 4 x USB 3.0 ports (2 in the front and 2 in the back). It would have been better if the 2 x USB ports in the back would have been USB 2.0 ports.5) b) I found out that USB 3.0 and 3.1 ports emit a wireless signal on the 2.4 GHz band that will interfere with wireless mice and keyboard. For example, if you plug in a USB dongle for a wireless mouse into a USB 3.x port you will may find that your mouse will stop working every few mins for maybe 3 seconds. This is not the fault of the mouse but of the USB 3.x port.6) I don't think there are any fans in this mini PC. I didn't see any space for one and I couldn't hear any. So, I wouldn't push this mini PC too hard because it could heat up quickly and not have a way to cool itself down.7) There is 2 x RJ45 ports and 2 x HDMI ports on the back. There is 1 x USB-C port on the front.8) Plugging in an external drive may (probably will) result in the drive being disconnected or not usable. This is normal. Plug the external drive using a USB 2.0 cable. This happens to me on a ton of computers. So, it's not the fault of this mini PC. I believe the USB 3.0 port is not able to provide enough power to the external drive. That's my best guess.9) There are no speakers on this mini PC.10) I didn't have any issues playing Minecraft on this mini PC for about 15 minutes. I'm not sure if it'll heat up from Minecraft though. I believe it should be able to run non-intensive games, such as, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge.I can definitely recommend this mini PC for light tasks. Such as, streaming movies.

Perfect product, spec and performance, but little bit big.
Everything is acceptable for this product, except the size, which I liked a smaller case for this hardware. Also, take note that it doesn't have any built-in speaker.
