Bought this to replace wooden balance as we wanted the brake, looked at frog tadpole but almost £200 but this is fantastic son loves it and can use the brake he is 2.5 really pleased with it and setup was attach handle bars, saddle and plastics nut protectors took about 5 mins also has a rubber protector for the handlebar joint to protect from hitting it when the fall off! Little stand as well great bike.

A really well made bike with lots of safety features. Bought this for our Grandson for Christmas, it was very easy to put together for me as I am an engineer but anyone can do it who has a few tools. There is an online video too. I am picky so found the steering head needed very slight adjustment, as did the rear wheel, but after a couple of tweaks and the tyres pumped up it is a top class bike. Arrived 3 days earlier than expected which was a very pleasant surprise. Also got an email from the German supplier with full instructions and a polite note of thanks, If you are looking for a bike for quality build and excellent brakes and tyres then look no further, this is a gem that will last for years. Buy one, and you will not be disappointed.

Having spent a bit of time researching bikes and balance bikes, we went for this one partly due to it's lighter weight and partly due to it's pneumatic tyres and rear brake - all these features seemed to be missing from a lot of other bikes at the time. Now our daughter has moved onto a larger bike (straight on with no stabilisers!) I can confirm that 2 years of solid abuse between the ages of 1.5 and 4 have left few marks and no mechanical issues and we will happily be using it for our son (maybe a bit of a girly colour!) when he's ready... if he can get his sister off it! It's been a great buy and thoroughly recommended!

I bought this bike for my 2 year old son who, in fairness, is small for his age. I was happy that the seat was the correct height for him at the lowest it would go (This is after pushing out the plug from the bottom of the seat tube).My son loves the bike even though he only walks around on it at the minute.I did have a few concerns for the bike though:1. The forks were very wide and it took a lot of turning of the front wheel nuts to get the forks flush with the hub cones. Towards the end I was starting to get worried that the forks would snap, but I persisted and the wheel is now on tight.2. There's a metal plate that hangs down from the left chain stay (that holds a part of the brake I think?). I was worried that my son would catch his heel on this when he's pushing. He's not pushing hard at the minute, but I'm pretty sure he'll have to learn to keep his feet well away from the frame when pushing which I think will be easier said than done. This plate could have been made smaller and the edges could have been rounded further.3. The kick stand is handy for storing the bike and adds a bit of novelty for my son, but unfortunately he's not strong enough to put the stand up or down. It is quite tight and I actually nipped my fingers doing it once myself. It also seems like it will get in the way of my son pushing, so this may have to be removed.4. Attaching the stem to the forks wasn't as easy as I would have liked. I had to force the stem in to the head tube after spending about 10 minutes trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. After I got it installed it was very difficult to turn the handlebars and felt like the headset bearings had popped. I was a bit annoyed and thought I'd have to return the bike, but after turning the bars for a few minutes it eased up. Better instructions would have been useful here.5. It would be nice to get the correct tools for assembly with the bike. I had to go hunting around my garage for the correct Allen key.6. The bike is quite heavy but my son doesn't know any better and hopefully he'll be able to maneuver it better when he gets a bit older. It's not so heavy that he can't pick the bike up when he falls over, but I feel the bike could have been made lighter.The points above are negative, but they're by no means show stoppers for this bike. Each point was easily rectified apart from the metal plate on the chain stay and the overall weight.The positives of this bike are:1. Great build quality. You can tell they put some thought in to it, especially with the brake cable going through the frame to stop the child from getting caught up in it.2. It has a brake. My son can't use it yet, but I'm sure it will come in handy when he's a bit older. The braking mechanism does look quite complicated (and therefore difficult to fix if it breaks), but it does work very well! I was surprised!3. The tires are inflatable. This gives better traction and the bike doesn't slip around on the ground at all (or even on a wooden floor). It also means that if he wears down the tires we can buy new ones.4. The saddle is comfortable and the seat height has a wide range of adjustment.5. The delivery was quick and the bike was packaged will.My son loves his bike and it's perfect for smaller children. I'm sure this will last him until I want to put him on to a bike with pedals.

This is one of the best quality balance bikes i have ever seen for the money. Very well made. My sons just turned 2 and he loves it. The tires are quite chunky so he's already rolling with his legs up.

Bought this for my son when he was 18 months old. It took him a while to get used to it, but then he was flying and he absolutely loved it. I've seen other brands on the market that are quite a lot lighter than this one. I chose this one because it had real tyres. It's strong and sturdy and we will keep it for our next child. For my child (who is quite athletic,) having the heavier bike, meant he could build up his strength. For other kids who are not so athletic, you might want to check out some of the lighter balance bikes.

Great sturdy balance bike and so pretty! Lovely colours, good thick tyres! Have had so many compliments about it!I bought it for my little girl when she was 2 years and 2 months old...by the time she was 2 and a half she was flying on it! She's 3 now and still lots of room for her to grow!

This is an awesome bike, my 2 year old loves it. I brought it for his 2nd birthday and at first he didn't know what to do with it but he soon got the hang of it. you need to have a fairly large spanner to tighten the handle bars and it can be a bit of a fiddle but its worth the effort. I recommend removing the kick stand as I found it got in the way when my toddler uses it.

Wir kennen das BIKESTAR Laufrad schon sehr lange, weil unser Neffe es seit längerer Zeit hat. Jetzt stand auch für unseren Sohn der Kauf des ersten Laufrades an. Wir haben uns zunächst im Fachhandel umgesehen und sind sofort über die Klassiker von Puky, Kettler und co gestolpert und haben diese Räder dann nochmal mit dem BIKESTAR unseres Neffen verglichen und haben ganz klar entschieden, dass das Bikestar deutlich besser ist.Das Laufrad kommt teilmontiert, die Endmontage ist sehr einfach, Werkzeug ist aber nötig (liegt nicht bei). Es muss der Lenker montiert werden, ebenso wie der Sattel. Auch muss die Bremse eingestellt werden, dieses ist jedoch beschrieben und für jeden, der nicht gerade zwei linke Hände hat, einwandfrei zu schaffen.DIE IN UNSEREN AUGEN ABSOLUTEN VORTEILE DES LAUFRADES:1. Das Laufrad mach insgesamt einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck und sieht super aus! Unser Sohn liebt es und würde am liebsten Tag und Nacht damit fahren.2. BREMSE: ein Großteil der angebotenen Laufräder hat absolut keine Bremse. Unser Sohn ist 2,5 Jahre alt und hat das System der Bremse an diesem Laufrad sehr schnell verstanden und nutzt die Bremse auch. Wir finden, dass das auf der einen Sachen ein absoluter Sicherheitsaspekt ist, andererseits aber auch sehr gut auf die spätere Zeit mit einem "echten" Fahrrad vorbereitet. Außerdem hat unser Sohn einfach eine Menge Spaß daran, die Bremse zu benutzen3. BREITREIFEN: Das Rad hat sehr stabile Breitreifen. Das hat diverse Vorteile. Mit den Reifen kommt er wunderbar auf verschiedensten Untergründen klar. Auch unebene Fußwege, Feld - und Waldwege stellen absolut kein Problem dar. Außerdem haben die Reifen durch ihre robuste Bauweise ein niedriges Pannenrisiko. In Verbindung mit den schönen Speichenfelgen machen die Reifen eine wirklich gute Figur.4. Lenker einstellbar: Im Gegensatz zu sehr vielen Laufrädern lässt sich der Lenker nicht nur in der Höhe, sondern auch in der Neigung verstellen. Man kann das Rad damit problemlos an die Größe des Kindes anpassen.5. Design / Lackierung: Das Design und auch die Ausführung der Lackierung machen einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Wir haben keinerlei Mängel in diesem Bereich feststellen können.6. Ständer: Im Gegensatz zu sehr vielen anderen Laufrädern hat das BIKESTAR einen Seitenständer, so dass man nicht ständig nach einer Anstellmöglichkeit suchen muss und das Rad auch nicht ständig einfach auf die Seite geworfen wird. Unser Sohn findet es auch besondern cool, das Fahrrad auf dem Ständer abzustellen.Nachteile:Mir ist nur ein einziger Nachteil aufgefallen. Wir sind kürzlich mit dem Rad im Regen draußen gewesen und unser Sohn hat auch ein paar Pfützen mitgenommen. Hier wäre zumindest am Hinterrad ein Schutzblech ganz hilfreich, so dass das Wasser nicht so hochspritzt. Dieser Nachteil ist jedoch so gering, dass ein Sterneabzug dafür nicht gerechtfertigt wäre.Insgesamt sind wir mit dem Rad super zufrieden. Wir haben wirklich ausgiebig verglichen, uns dann aber für das BIKESTAR entschieden und haben diese Entscheidung absolut nicht bereut! Von daher klare Kaufempfehlung!

Wir haben uns für dieses Laufrad entschieden, weil es optisch einfach ein Hingucker ist, es eine Bremse besitzt und einen Radständer.Nach der raschen Lieferung, dem kurzen Zusammenbau waren wir total begeistert.Nur leider ist es wirklich für viele kleine Kinder zu schwer. Was dann noch dazu kommt, ist die doch sehr dicke und hohe Mittelstange.Bei einem Sturz konnte sich unser Kleiner (damals 2 Jahre) selbst nicht helfen.Er hatte auch keinen Spaß mehr dabei und das war für mich das Schlimmste.Ich entschied mich noch ein Puky Laufrad (geringeres Gewicht, keine hohe Mittelstange) zu kaufen und was soll ich sagen ... unser Sohn setzte sich rauf und fuhr.Für starke Kinder ab 3 sicher möglich, für uns wie bereits beschrieben war der Konkurrent die bessere Alternative.Ich hoffe meine Rezession war Ihnen hilfreich.

Wir haben das Laufrad als Geburtstagsgeschenk bestellt.Typisch Amazon-Prime lief alles sehr gut. Rechtzeitig bestellt und am nächsten Tag war das Laufrad bei uns.Es war alles sehr gut verpackt und eigentlich auch alles gut gepolstert.Leider hatte das Rad einen Lackschaden. Genau in der Mitte. Es fällt natürlich sofort auf da alles andere schön Schwarz ist. Absolut ärgerlich. Wenn es irgendwo auf der Unterseite oder ähnliches gewesen wäre...Naja...da es ein Geburtstagsgeschenk ist und wir keine Zeit mehr hatten es zurück zu schicken um umzutauschen, haben wir es jetzt so genommen.Bis auf den kleinen Fehler ist alles sehr gut. Das Zusammenbauen geht wirklich sehr gut. Werkzeuge sollte man selbst haben. War aber kein Problem. Dem Kleinen gefällt es auch sehr.Die Reifen drehen sich wirklich sehr leicht und gut. Die Schutzkappen an den Rad-Muttern sind auch eine sehr gute Idee. Hab es jetzt nicht gewogen aber es ist wirklich nicht schwer und der Kleine (ist jetzt 2 geworden) kann es ebenfalls aufrichten wenn er mal umkippt.Ganz klar eine Kaufempfehlung...aber bestellt es früh genug damit ihr Fehler reklamieren könnt und nicht wie wir ein Rad mit einem Lackschaden schenken müsst....

Die Vorrezensionen haben eigentlich alles schon berichtet, was man über dieses Rad sagen und wissen muss. Es sieht wirklich toll aus, ist von guter Qualität und vor allem, es hat eine Bremse, was den späteren Umstieg auf ein richtiges Rad sehr erleichtert.Trotzdem muss ich 2 kleine Kritikpunkte anbringen, daher auch 1 Stern Abzug.1. Die Radmuttern stehen wirklich sehr weit vor, so dass die Kinder sich ab und an daran schrammen können.2. Viel mehr können sie sich allerdings an dem Ständer verletzen. Auf der einen Seite zwar schön, dass einer dran ist. Auf der anderen Seite ist die Ständerplatte am Rand relativ kantig. Meine Kinder haben sich beide schon heftig die Fersen daran gestoßen, was das Fahrvergnügen ziemlich trübt. Den Ständer kann man zwar abmontieren, aber dann hat die Hinterradachse evtl. keinen sicheren Halt mehr in der nach hinten offenen Rahmenaufnahme. Hierzu braucht man, wie an den anderen Radmuttern auch, eine spezielle Unterlegscheibe mit einem Pin, der sich in einem kleinen Loch im Rahmen verankert. Ich habe den Händler jetzt einmal kontaktiert und erfragt, ob man diese Unterlegscheiben bei ihm erhalten kann. Ich werde darüber nochmal gesondert berichten.

Una pasada. Es una bici buena en miniatura, con buenos acabados y fácil montaje (a mí las instrucciones sí me venían en español, pero vaya... que son prescindibles). Tuve que ajustar el freno para quitarle tensión, y aún así la rueda trasera no rueda tan libre como la primera, pero no plantea problema. La patilla está bien como idea, pero se la he quitado porque la niña le daba sin querer con la pierna de vez en cuando y hasta se hizo daño una de las veces. Además está dura y ella no la podía poner sola, así que la quité. El freno va bien, pero un poco grande para sus manos (3 años pero una niña pequeña para esa edad). No creo que sirva mucho. Lo mejor las ruedas, unas ruedas de verdad, inflables y con agarre, no de pasta dura como las baratas. Es una bici bici, y de estética gamberra que le da un punto muy original para un peque. A la niña le encanta, y eso que cuando la elegimos no tenía claro que la fuera a usar porque es miedosa y torpe para la actividad física.

Ho abbassato al massimo il sellino e seppur non tocchi perfettamente con i piedi, dopo un paio di giorni ha iniziato ad andare da solo per qualche metro….adesso è un missile! Nel video che allego era alle primissime armi!La bicicletta arriva praticamente già assemblata, occorrerà solamente inserire il manubrio, il sellino e stringere il relativo perno con una chiave a brugola (vedi foto). Con la stessa chiave potete stringere anche la leva del freno. All’interno della scatola troverete anche il manuale in italiano!A questo punto, regolate in altezza manubrio e sellino, rimuovete le protezioni di plastica poste nei perni delle ruote, e la bicicletta è pronta!Oltre al design e al colore brillante del telaio sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito da alcune caratteristiche per niente scontate in una balance bike:- telaio robusto;- freno della ruota posteriore che garantisce una maggiore sicurezza, anche se, ovviamente, i più piccini alle prime armi non ne comprendono l’uso! Con la crescita, però, impareranno e non appena passeranno alla bicicletta con pedali sapranno già usarlo;- cavalletto che permette di tenere in equilibrio la bicicletta durante la sosta. Se all’inizio aiutate il bimbo con l’equilibrio, però, potrebbe essere un po’ d’impiccio, in quanto facilmente urtabile con i piedi. Si può comunque rimuovere semplicemente e rimettere in un secondo momento;- ruote “vere”, gonfiabili di alta qualità, non le solite in EVA. Le ruote da 10“ hanno i copertoni larghi e dotati di camera d’aria, la tenuta su superfici pavimentate asciutte è ottima ma lo è anche su strade cementate o asfaltate. Si comporta bene anche sul selciato, ma attenzione alle buche perché non èQuesto tipo di bicicletta senza pedali e senza rotelle si muove con il bimbo che, seduto sul sellino, spinge la bici con i piedi, pari o uno alla volta. Sicuramente all’inizio sarà meno divertente rispetto ad una bicicletta a pedali, ma imparano prima a stare in equilibrio, rendendo molto più semplice e intuitivo il passaggio ad una bicicletta a pedali senza rotelle.Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Puoi trovare delle balance bike a prezzi inferiori, ma non certo della stessa qualitàRicordatevi di acquistare un caschetto di protezione commisurato all’età e soprattutto alle dimensioni della testa del vostro bimbo!Che dire di più? Bimbo felice e genitori soddisfatti. Acquisto consigliato!Spero di esserti stato d’aiuto nella tua scelta e se così fosse, fammelo sapere!

Ein sehr schönes und robustes Laufrad. Mein Sohn hat dieses zum 2. Geburtstag bekommen. Wir und vorallem er waren begeistert. Der Rahmen ist sehr breit bzw. dick für den ersten Blick, sieht es wie eine Motorrad aus. Vorallem weil die Reifen schön groß sind bzw. breit sind. Den Sitz kam man mühelos verstellen. Das Lenkrad ist mit einer Lasche gepolstert. Die Bremsen funktionieren ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

La compre para mi hijo de dos años para que fuera aprendiendo a montar el bici y al segundo día de usarla y a la controlaba perfectamente.Los materiales son robustos y de calidad, muy fácil de montar ya que viene casi montada solo tienes que apretar los los tornillos y ajustar sillín.el casco y las protecciones se lo compre aparte.

Ein super laufrad. Mein Sohn bekam es zu seinem zweiten Geburtstag und war direkt begeistert. Nun haben wir es schon über 10 Monate und sind immer noch begeistert. Das Material hält, auch bei stürzen geht keine Farbe ab. Die Reifen sind mit Luft gefüllt, was natürlich auch super ist, da man mal eben zur Tankstelle kann, was immer ein hit war. Wir müssen uns nun leider zu Weihnachten von diesem laufrad verabschieden, nach dem wir fast täglich 7 km damit zurück gelegt haben. jedoch kann ich dieses laufrad nur empfehlen. Es ist schnell, leicht und modern.

Nos encantó cuando la vimos por internet pero ahora que la tenemos estamos más que encantados. Es increíble ver a nuestro hijo de poco más de 2 años con la bici arriba y abajo. Es una pasada en general; las ruedas no tienen nada que ver con esas de plástico o goma dura que llevan otras, tienen muchísimo agarre que evita que derrapen y vayan al suelo, el sillín es amplio y se ve cómodo, tanto el asiento como el manillar son regulables...Es algo pesada pero se ve robusta. La única pega, y coincidimos con otros comentarios, es la pata de cabra, que aunque útil, estorba a la hora de impulsarse y le tropieza el pie en ella. El freno de momento, no lo usa, pero es otra cosa positiva a tener en cuenta.El tamaño es perfecto para estas edades; nuestro hijo es bajito y le va perfecta.Las hay más baratas pero la calidad no tiene nada que ver. Tenemos bici para rato.

Tempi di attesa 4 giorni contro i 15 stimati.La bici si Monta con l'uso di due Chiavino esagonali, va montato solo manubrio e fissato il sellino.Per mio figlio di poco più di due anni è perfetta. C'è da dire che però ignora totalmente l'esistenza del freno.Il peso nn è un problema, la sposta tranquillamente. Rispetto ai competitori e le varie bici della Chicco questa è un altro pianeta.Ottima per imparare a tenere l'equilibrio e non essere costretti a dover comprare bici con rotelle.

El aspecto es espectacular. Los materiales son de buena calidad, las ruedas son de aire (con válvula ancha, o que es más cómodo) y es muy pronto para hablar de durabilidad de la pintura pero tiene buena pinta.El ser de metal afecta al peso, no es excesivo pero se nota. La pata de cabra la veo más un estorbo que otra cosa. Igual cuando mi hijo sea más mayor le da uso pero ahora mismo estoy pensando en quitarla como he leído que han hecho varios padres. Algo parecido me pasa con el freno: está demasiado separado del manillar para sus manos y dudo que sea útil pero veremos con la edad. Además frena un poco la rueda, tendré que reajustarlo.Viene montada salvo sillín y manillar (necesitas una llave inglesa y una llave allen para terminar de montarla).Bien la atención al cliente resolviendo dudas de edad y tamaño.En resumen y salvo esos pequeños detalles, muy satisfecho con la compra.

Mein Räuber hat das Teil nun schon ein Jahr in den Fingern und es wird gar arg malträtiert. Das Teil hält was es verspricht, es ist wirklich robust und wenn die kleinen es dann richtig raus haben sollte man die Muckschuhe anziehen, denn damit ist man schnell unterwegs. Haben noch eine kleine Klingel dran geschraubt, das hebt den Interessegrad gleich nochmal an.Schönes Rad, sieht Bikeremäßig aus und unserem Kind echt Hammermäßigen Spaß.

Das Laufrad hat pure Begeisterung beim Enkel ausgelöst. Er würde es wohl am liebsten mit ins Bett nehmen ;-)Als fürsorglicher Großvater war das entscheidende Kaufargument für mich die Trommelbremse am Hinterrad. Die Einstellung verlangt etwas Geschick, ist aber zu meistern. Dieses Rad ist übrigens eines der wenigen mit 10"- Rädern und Hinterradbremse. Aber auch kleine Abenteurer können ganz schön schnell sein.Einziger Kritikpunkt - Am Steuerset war bei Auslieferung kein Gramm Fett, man konnte den Lenker kaum drehen. Das war aber schnell zu beheben.
