This is the third day I am wearing my cincher and I am very happy so far. My posture is much better. I have no rolls showing through my shirt. It keeps me nice and snug. And my mid section looks amazing!! By the end of the day I have been a little tired of having it on but even in just these few days of having it on when I take it off I am reminded to keep my posture better. I like the straps on it too so there are no bulges over the top in the back as I have had with other products. I have already told a few friends to check it out and I will be purchasing another one!I was disappointed when I had to purchase such a large size but I definitely got the right size for my weight and shape. I like that I have 3 more rows of closure options and feel I might be able to move down to the next smallest in just another day or two.The construction seems very sturdy...I didn't feel like it was going to rip or tear as I stretched it over myself to close. And nothing seems to be compromised during the day. Very nicely made.

I actually wear this over my cotton tank - it stretches well and is pretty comfy - I could only wear a few hours the first time. I have low back pain and this seems to help. I pull mine down over my hips and it works well - it’s way better than I expected for the price. Wearing it over my tank keeps me from having to wash it all the time. I haven’t had it long enough to tell if it’s helping my shape but it definitely helps w appetite control - squishing everything together keeps me from thinking about food (and it’s uncomfortable if you eat much) so definitely 5 stars on that.

I got mine today, it fits perfectly and comfortable. I just wish they had a size xs because I got the size small and it fits me right but I feel like I need my stomach to be more tight.

It’s horrible it’s not a waist trainer in fact it’s a faja and it doesn’t fit tight at all, although some people might not know the difference this is in fact a faja, and it’s very flimsy.

I purchased this to tighten my waist and so far it is doing that. I am 250 and 5’5 and I got the XL. It’s as tight as I had hoped and has enough stretch to fit snug in the right places. It forced me to sit up right instead of my normal slouching. It sucked me in. I am starting on the loosest set of hooks until I get more comfortable and it starts to stretch to my body. It is not the easiest to get on but it can be done. The shoulder straps we fine and not too tight. I wore mine from 6-6 and the only painful part was very bottom over my lower back area. Other than that I would recommend this if you are trying to waist train.

Two weeks postpartum and was looking for a comfortable waist trainer I could start wearing right away. Today is my first day to wear it and this item fits the bill. The boning maintains structure and helps keep tummy tight, while omitted boning at top allows breathability. I purchased a small and currently have it set on the third tightest setting. The vest style shape helps keep my posture in check (something I got lax on during pregnancy). The only thing, if you have a short torso or leaner upper body, he straps may be a bit big as they don't adjust much. For reference, I am 5'4" and currently weigh 125. Current postpartum measurements without trainer: 34/29/37 *waist with trainer at notch 3 is 28. Will update my post after 2 weeks of wear and workouts.

I got this to try after a surgery and let me tell you it does the job! It compresses and keeps everything in place. It is very comfortable and because it fits it eases pain a whole lot. There are 4 loops to go up in size and it is true to size. it’s OK to measure yourself and get the size that works. There is a measurement chart provided and once you follow those instructions and get the size on the chart it works! Not because it says 2X means you’ve horribly gained weight or you’ve gone up In sizes. I’m 5’4” - 184 lbs and I got a 2X which works for me! It’s feels and looks amazing!

Very long it was almost fHalf way but but and it don’t even let you make it smaller from the straps very bad quality I’m very upset about this purchase

The material isn't worth the price and it doesn't stay in place, it keeps riding up.
