Such a lovely book
This my 4 year old daughter's absolute favourite book - we have been getting it out of the library on a regular basis, usually every other week, for the past year. She'll be so pleased to unwrap it on Christmas morning. The pictures are bright and clear, the words have a lovely flow to them, and the story is sweet. I enjoy reading this book as much as she does listening.

Trixie
My daughter loves the albert le blanc books so we bought this one as it's by the same author. It's not as lovely a story as albert but it's still likable

great book
Nicely written little book, with interesting pictures. Kids really liked it, and want it read to them over and over.

A lovely story, photos added
We really like this book and it's perfect for Halloween. The story explores diversity, sameness and the outcome celebrates individuality. I just wish the tail ribbon didn't feature in the illustrations!Page photos have been added as there's not yet a look inside feature to preview the book (at the time of writing this), which alongside respecting cat tails as their own, is a great read.

A moral story
Picture titles are always young readers first experience with the world of literature, so that experience should be magical. Not only do you get magic in this Halloween themed offering but a tale where a moral is imparted, that differences make you special and that you should treasure them. All in a great offering and one that alongside bright graphics will make story time something special so much so that I eagerly await Nick's next title.
