I first ordered this item in early January and posted a review that it was disappointing because it broke the first time that it was used. Subsequent to the review I was contacted very quickly by Daniel in the customer service department apologizing for the defective item and offering to send me a new item at no cost to replace the item.I was impressed with the quick, positive response from Daniel and the customer service department. He made good on the offer and followed up to make sure that it had been received.I have been using the new item for almost a week so far and it has been very good. I like the design and convenience of this charger and am very hopeful that it will be a good long working unit.I am hopful that the item will match their 5 star customer service. I will try their products again because of the outstanding and postive customer service experience and the attitude displayed of making the purchase right at no extra cost or effort by the client. Absolutely incredible, charges devices quickly, I am able to charge/power my I phone 6 plus and IPad Air 2 at the same Time as I am running my GPS. The USB ports glow blue so you can see them in the dark and also know that you have a solid connection. The end of the hardwired lightening connector glows green at the end so you can find it if the car is dark etc.. I have run this device for a few weeks and not a hint of failure. Seems well manufactured, and for a lighter plug looks nice as well. Last but not least, the Lightning connector is a good thick wire and it is coiled so when you disconnect it recoils up and off the floor. I highly recommend this. I am going to purchase another for my Motorcycle and Suburban

Not a good quality, bought it on 10/30 and about 5 weeks after the purchase.. on 12/2 the tip of lightening connector broke. Can not even contact Amazon as it out of return/exchange period.. Another one which I bought for Samsung Galaxy is still working but Lightening one for Apple .. BROKE just within 5 weeks of use.. it is not worth $39..I have picture of broken product but couldn't find a way to upload a picture :(UPDATE 12/4-Customer Service representative did call me. Please read the comments on this review... they follow some business practice which does not sound fair/ethical to me.. Please do read it... Shady business tactics to get rid of bad reviews..

Bought this last January 16 for my iPhone 6 and kids' iPhone 5s, it was working fine and we loved it. Feb. 6 it just stopped working - and got the "cable not certified may not work reliably". Sometimes you would see the "charging" icon but it doesn't charge and seems to drain the battery instead (well, according to my kid which freaked her out). The additional usb slots are still working - if you use Apple's own cable you can still use the charger but that defeats the purpose of this gadget - and the dangling extra cable is a nuisance. I haven't updated my iPhone to the latest apple update yet (I don't update automatically - until I read enough reviews about the update) so I can rule that out - this is why I was surprised that it just stopped working. Sad.

My wife bought two of these, one for me and one for our daughter. Neither work with our iphone 6s... The "not compatible" error message pops up on the phones, which suggests these are not Certified (as the description claims). I will be contacting seller for full refund.Okay, trying this again... I've been contacted about a replacement. Due to efforts of the seller to "make this right", I'm changing rating to a 4 star. If the replacement comes in and works properly, I will update my review again after...FINAL UPDATE: The seller sent me two replacements for the two we originally bought. Both were broken on arrival. One didn't even have the Lightning connector. Long story short, DO NOT buy this product. As for seller, I really don't appreciate being made to change my rating before you sent replacements. And then to find out the replacements were broken... well, needless to say I won't be buying anything ever from this seller again.

I got this to use in my car so I could charge my phone, but I also loved the fact that it offered two additional USB ports. What do I do with those additional USB ports? I plugged in another lightning cable and micro USB cable so that if I have passengers with iPhones or android devices, they can also charge their phones at the same time as me. I've had happy passengers ever since.

This product failed after only two days. All the lights were on but no longer able to charge my iPhone 6 leaving me with an attractive but functionally worthless accessory. This product has several good design elements including a sleek industrial design, thoughtful lighting and the dual use (Android & iPhone) tip but the manufacturing quality is decidedly suspect. It is this tip, I believe, that is the root problem. It was after showing my daughter how it worked that the unit stopped working. Will replace with something else.

Nice piece - I wanted something with an attached cord, one less thing to lose, and plenty of amps and this fits the bill. Reasonably unobtrusive, a little light in the tip lets you know when it's charging which is nice. Full disclosure I have not used it much and have never plugged multiple devices into it at once - more likely to use it to support a camera battery charger than another phone.
