For the price, and compared to other shoulder massagers, this thing performs quite well. There are three speed settings, plus two settings that pulse and escalate - someone else mentioned six settings total, but I can only find five. Even on the low setting, you get a really good vibration...I haven't had to use it on high yet, and that's after a night of playing hockey or an afternoon of weight training. Combined with a foam roller, this is a cheap and effective way to assist in muscle recovery, and pretty much essential the older you get. The only minor con is the piano black finish is a fingerprint magnet...but considering this isn't a cellphone, it really doesn't matter, and it's easy to keep clean otherwise. I haven't used it for any "adult" purposes (yet), but the handle adopts the classic shape and angle of other magic wands out there, and I can imagine that it would get the job done. The rubberized head would definitely aid in that, and has a good width for proper coverage of the "fun" areas. Battery life is good...I can get about an hour to an hour and half on straight rundown tests, but I typically don't use it that long. It charges via microUSB, so basically if you have a phone that uses it, that's one less charger to carry around if you travel. If you DO travel, make sure you utilize the "travel lock" feature so it doesn't accidentally turn on in your luggage.

This is a well made quality product that has a strong vibration... many modes to choose from... my partner didn’t like it on her genitals, but it felt amazing on my feet after a long day

As a first step into percussive vibrators, I took a swing at the SUFFLA. I felt the Thumper line was awfully pricey, even with the close to magical relief it has provided me in the hands of my skillful chiropractor.After charging, I was impressed with the bulldozer-like power! But that soon turned into a bumblebee-like power the moment it touched my skin - like, why-bother-power. It's possible many will find relief of their own with this product, just not me.I suppose I'll step up to the big leagues with another product...

I have bad discs and nerve damage in my neck. And even after surgery, I sometimes get a headache/neck-ache that pain relievers alone don’t always help. I was looking for a rechargeable massager to replace the old battery operated one I’d been using on my neck and shoulders for years. I chose a few that looked like they would fit my needs and then researched them. All the others had reviews saying how good they were for personal pleasure. This one had none of that. People were saying how the vibrations were too intense for that and how it helped with muscle aches. I thought that this is what I’m looking for. As soon as it came in, I tried it on my neck and shoulders. Wow! The strong deep massage it gives eased the pain away a lot quicker than the old massager. If you’re looking strictly for a muscle massager, I highly recommend this one!

This is an excellent product and is much easier to use. Only problem sometimes I see if you keep pressing it on a single point it shuts itself out. Otherwise very helpful for my back pain relief

 I'm surprised how solid this massager is. I love the versatility of my massager as it can go from bedroom accoutrement to back and shoulder massager with no effort, the powerful vibration is good for both. It’s not a big deal if I happen to leave this out in plain view as it just looks like a back massager, no body knows the special powers it has. It also has a soft flexible tip. The flexible and angled tip makes massaging so much easier. It is much better than the stick-shaped massager. The massager has 6 different modes you can use (low, medium, high, mode 1, mode 2, mode 3). It is more than enough for my partner. The charge time is roughly 3 hours with almost 1.5 hours of using time, depending on which intensity you use.The massager is definitely well-made, beautiful and built to last. The piano black finish and simple and yet functional design makes this massager stand out among other products. I also need to mention the customer service was extremely good. Great communication and quick response. The massager was also packaged in a black bag for privacy. Highly recommended!

This massager is really nice. It is light weight but can create strong vibrations. It has several vibration intensities and patterns to choose from. The shape is very ergonomic and easy to use. It has soft touch rubber coating on the massage head and on the back of the handle, which gives it a nice luxurious feel and also helps the massage head glide smoothly across your skin. The rechargeable power is long lasting and very convenient. My only complaint is the look of having a yellow button--I wish they kept the whole color scheme black and white for a more stylish look, instead of adding yellow--but it is a minor thing. Overall, 5 stars.

I give it a 3 star because I have to go to the store an get a plug-in adapter. This is for 86 year old woman who doesn’t have a computer.
