to PC, (the writer before me) I had run into the same issue so what I did was pop out the red top and remove the metal plate. I then lifted up the little metal wire but not a lot but not to worry because if you pull it out of the socket it’s not that hard to put it back in. I would then put the metal plate back how it was and the red piece back on

Very nice works well with PUBG. Using iPhone device. Responds very well when aiming and shooting. I don’t have tempered glass on my phone. I have been using it for 3 months without a problem. Improved my game dramatically. The bad part is I’m so dependent on this that I can play regular settings. Yes I know noob. Well it change the game for me and more fun playing with this on. I hope you will like it as well.

Product came defective. Left button doesn't work at all and right button only activates half the time you press. If both worked they're a pretty cool design and I like that is has a click to the press so you know you're hitting it.Updat: company sent out a replacement both work great! Love it.

Always the right trigger
I’ve purchased/exchange multiple sets... it’s always that right trigger that has issues... some sets doesn’t work right out of box, otherwise it’s such a great trigger, clam is good, the click in the trigger feels great... only problem is it doesn’t work

The right trigger came defective and the left one works when it wants. Needs better assembly.
