This is the best quality Persian saffron I have ever bought in the US. I am an Iranian and I know what exactly Persian saffron is. Saffron is the most common spice in Persian foods and dishes like Chicken-Rice (Zereshk Polo) and Chicken kebab (Jojeh kabab). Too soon to tell
This is the first time I have purchased saffron, so I don't really have anything to compare it to. I heard that it was good for your eyes so I started to take it to se if it would help with my blurry vision. I am also taking other supplements for my vision, but so far I haven't noticed any improvement. It has been only three weeks so it might be too soon to tell.
