She is fourteen but has smaller ear canals, so get the child size if your teen has small canals.
Daughter who ALWAYS has ear pain during and after a flight said these were amazing! Very little pressed, and NO PAIN! Sooooo worth the money to protect her ears!

Very helpful to ease pressure change in airline cabin.
The Sanohra Fly was certainly the best device yet for easing air pressure in my inner ear while flying. It made the trip much more tolerable. I was pleased with the product.

Definitely helped more than ear planes that I have previously used.I still experienced some hearing loss for awhile but certainly not thepain that I have had in the past.Nest time I will try the infants instead of the small because of myVERY small ear canals.
