I always used an old paper bag for recycling in the kitchen before I put it in the bin. But during this pandemic the stores have been giving plastic bags (and you can’t bring in your own). I didn’t want a utilitarian looking recycle container so I found this. It works perfectly. It keeps its shape and is very lightweight. I just hold it over the big bin For recycling. It looks good in my kitchen, like a kitschy bag.

I made the mistake of machine washing these when they were dirty. The interior wax coating deteriorated in the wash, and these bags will no longer stand upright. Otherwise, they are attractive and hold quite a large amount of recycling.

I chose this because it wasn't plastic. Fits great in kitchen corner, easy to empty in recycling dumpster. The jute weave goes well if you want a more natural looking type of recycling container.

Have 2. One for plastic, one for paper. Love them both. People comment on how nice they look.

the jute recycle bin works with my decor. More importantly it serves a useful purpose, but I'm also happy that it looks aesthetically pleasing!

they are bags - not very useful. I liked that the items was listed on the bag.It just looked like I had tan bags lined up against the wall of my kitchen.
