I just received this book today and have flipped through it. The charts they have, the CAPS system they provide and tips with interviewing and after the interview, etc. is AMAZING! I have not seen ANY book like this before and it's so new, it's VERY HARD to find. I'm VERY pleased I purchased this book. This book will DEFINITELY help me in the employment world. This is geared towards those on the spectrum, but I would HIGHLY recommend parents, professionals, educators or anyone else who works with people on the spectrum and employment have this as a handy guide and utilize it! No regrets for buying it!

Good source reference book for someone with an adult autistic son/daughter but by this time we knew most of the material and did not benefit from it that much. For someone just starting from scratch in the job search for a person in the Autism spectrum, I would recommend it. It is an easy read. The book is very thin and more of an overview, but worth reading.

As a life coach this book provided information that was of value for my coaching with adults with special needs. Kudos to the author for sharing this information.
