Essential Maths 8H: v. 8H Paperback – 30 April 2009

No bright colours, unnecessary photos and other riff-raff that are a waste of space and unhelpful. This textbook gets to business and explains everything thoroughly and clearly. There are plenty of questions that are quality and actually gets pupils to think. I've had this for a couple of months now and content is evenly covered, unlike some textbooks (poorer textbooks start simple and end up cramming everything in at the end).Would recommend.

I have given this a 5 Star because the vaule of the book was excellent, the condition of the book was tip top condition. It arrived well within good time and is exactly the same book which is being used in my daughter's school.

I was given a copy of this book by a pupil and I have found it a real treasure. I teach individuals and small groups through KS3 and 4 and find the range of examples covers the needs of regular students, those who have missed a lot of school and even those who might be preparing for a Foundation Tier GCSE paper. Lots of nicely coloured pages, lots of good explanations and with the homework books that accompany the series, an excellent resource

Brilliant practice exercises for my child - keeps him ahead of his peers and teacher - good way to encourage good revision practice for my child.
