Unlike Bond, Darcy relys on her wits rather than gadgets to keep her safe,and the plots are realistic, amping up the sense of danger. I recommend this to anyone who likes 'Alias' and it's not only for Teen audiences, although she's a great role-model to grow up with!Be careful what time you start reading it, as you won't want to put it down!

Another amazing book by Julia Golding, simply brill. Can't wait for the next book, and if you haven't read this series, you are seriously missing out. Basically, Darcie is a not-so-average 14 year old, who happens to be a spy (read Ringmaster). She is laying low with Stingo's parents, and is actually getting to be a normal teen. This would be great, if the U.S. President wasn't trying to find her (read Empty Quarter). As she is draged away from normality, a plot unfolds, and yet again Darcie is caught up in the middle of it. and to top it off, we get a Doctor Who reference (guess what - read Deadlock). As we meet with characters new and old, you won't be disappointed.

I bought this book after reading the first two books in this series and it was in a similar vein- a fast-paced action/adventure story. I liked the characters but I thought the plot line was a little weak in places. If you enjoyed the rest of the books you'll probably like this too.

this s the third book in the darcie lock series. this is one of my favourite series. i loved all the book so much but i was a bit disapointed by the ending. i think it should be a bit longer so rhat we know what actually happens to darcie in the end.by alice

I love how Julia Golding's books show that it's not just boys that can get up to mischief. In fact it seems Darcie can't get out of it. It's hard to explain how much I enjoyed the book without giving it away but this is another must read on Golding's behalf!This book is fill to the brim with excitement suspense and of cause trouble.You Must read this!

This book us very good with a lot of adventure and. Bit of romance. Khan enjoyed just like th two first books. K am a fan of Julia holding and was even lucky to meet her. I think the book negative point is the fact we never find out more about Marcus and Jake's date and relationship which is sad and would have added an interesting romance.

The book arrived safely and is a good sequel to the Girl on the run series.

Omg where is the next book? I have to find out where this plane is landing! Will Darcie ever get a break? This book had my full attention. I read it in under 48 hours in between things.

I loved this book but at the same time I'm sad that the series ends.It surprised me the reappearance of hugo but I'm still weirded out because she hasn't gone to stop Madame Tsui yet.

I loved the series. I hope that there will be a fourth book to let us know what happens to Darcie.
