Fransat HD Servimat HD PVR Decoder + Fransat HD SmartCard

The Box was a simple plug and play. Never had something as easy to use and set up. The main buttons on the control are large which is ideal for my 89 years old mother.The company replied to all of my questions with specifics and there knowledge was excellent.I was a little confuse as there is a white 3 pin plug and thought that I was expected to cut the mould plug. The seller replied within seconds back to explain that you insert the moulded plug into the white plug. I had never seen this before but this is such a brilliant easy system I love it!!The item also arrived 3 days earlier then the earliest expected dated which was fantastic as my mum had been ill in bed without Tv for a week.Thank you

I have used this product so much since I bought it and I am absolutely thrilled with it!! The channels are a lot clearer than my previous HD box and I have a greater choice of French TV channels. A big thank you to Alex of The London Satellite shop that sold this product to me and gave me very helpful information in the setting up of the dish and the box. Very much appreciated.
