This book is full of recipes with plans for 15 day cleanses, ranging from small variations in your diet, to a full on smoothie diet plan. I’ve read smoothie books that are short on variations and recipes, but this book does not disappoint. The combinations of fruits, greens, and liquids like coconut milk, make this cleanse healthy and easy. You are eating real food as opposed to a scoop of a canned powder. I haven’t started the 15 day cleanse yet, instead I’m using this book as inspiration to add one smoothy a day, adjusting my diet as I move towards the 15 day cleanse. The addition of fiber and nutrients found in fruits and greens blended in an easy and flavorful way helps me feel full and energized.

Great Book!
This book is a great purchase as it's full of information and very easy to follow. I would reccomend it to anyone looking for smoothie options as it has so many.
