No, it does not contain added sugar. Carob itself has naturally occurring sugar.

I don’t believe it does. Usda organic is what I see.

Carob pudding is delicious. Make it just like chocolate pudding but use carob instead of cocoa powder. Also, you need less sweetener because carob powder is naturally sweet!
