I consider myself an EXPERT furniture assembler. I mean whenever we go to Ikea to buy stuff, I seriously love putting that stuff together. This desk was a nightmare to put together. One of the legs did not want to have a foot go in it b/c clearly there was no quality assurance that went into the manufacturing of this. I ended up putting 2 foam pads under it to keep it steady. The top of the desk is not perfectly level so where the 2 pieces connect, there's a small gap. It wasn't worth the hassle to return it, but this is the last time I buy furniture that needs assembly online.

I love these desks, we have 2 of them in our house both for gaming PCs

Bought two of these desks to build a sort of U shaped workspace. Very dissapointed with build quality- there were places where the metal had bucked and the desk had to be forced into place.Also the components do NOT support switching the orientation. In order to make the second desk face the other way I had to screw in new holes for the wood surface. Overall it works for what I bought it for, but it is not a quality product.
