These books are FANTASTIC to get youth started in time daily with God. I bought one of each book in this set and took it to my middle schoolers in our church youth group. I let them all look through each one and choose one. Since it has spaces to write in I couldn’t let them “check it out and return it”, so I just bought them each the one they chose. The price is so affordable, for which I am super grateful, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to do that. They are using them and have given great feedback. Sometimes I also use it in our small group as a lesson. They are short so Middle School students do great with that! Super well written, easy to understand and applicable to a teen’s life for sure!

I look for devotions like this one that provided a scripture based reading rather than devotional thoughts only based teen devotions. I also like that this book takes a person through 30 days which is doable especially if down with a small group setting or simply helping a young person create a devotional habit using simple method of scripture, meaning, application.
