I've been using this product for approximately 2 years. It is yet to disappoint in taking my workouts to the next level.Pros:Good ratio of ingredientsEffect energy boost within 15 minutes of consumptionFeel more focussed and mativated during workoutsMixes really wellFantastic flavour (mango)Excellent value for moneyCons:I do sweat more in the first 30 minutes of taking this preworkout. This has been a issue particularly on my palms.If youve never taken beta-alanine, youll most likely experience the temporary itching side-effect. This usually passes after 30 mins

All the flavours are very goodPrice has gone up by quite a bit since first buying it and then see on eBay you can get it along with the curse cup and lid to make it in for less money so will purchase from eBay from now on

Very good product. However, I don't seem to get the same twitch since this was no longer a Hex product. I assume the ingredients are slightly tamer. Still good enough for a good work out though.

Great flavor on this pre deffo recommend.

Love this stuff, sets me up for an awesome workout, bit on pricey side but highly recommended if your running out of steam at the gym.

I love this product, I have used it numerous times and find myself coming back to it when I try new products.I love the tingling feeling in my neck and face after about 20 minutes of taking it.I take this, plug in my headphones and train, fully focussed on the gym session.The taste is great and you do not get that weird after taste when you finish it as it mixes really well.I have found that experimenting with the amount of water used gives you better results from this product, but this is much the same with most pre-workouts.I use this product so often even my wife new which brand/flavour to purchase me.I can not comment on other flavours as I tend to stay with this one constantly.I am sure there will be better products out there, but price to results ratio, this is fantastic.

It gives you a added boast when needed, I take about half an hour before training and It kicks in half way through training. On the odd occasion at the end which can be a pain if you don’t have enough time to do more sets

Great high for your workout, do remember to come off it every 2 weeks for a detox though
