Crimper is built like a tank
This is a very solid tool, built to last a long time. I used it to crimp 9913 coax. It made perfect crimps. The ratchet will not allow you to release the fitting, until the crimp is completed to the correct level. I would like to buy other jaws for this tool, to crimp wire connectors and power-ole connectors, but found the jaw selection chart beyond confusing. At least the jaws I have work well for 9913.

A solid tool that makes good crimps
I used this to terminate some cables for my ham radio base station. It seems like a solid tool for crimp on PL-259 connectors. At about half of the price of a "professional" tool, it still seems like it is well made. It has a similar weight and feel of my other electrical crimp tool and power pole crimp tool. It's good for my occasional hobby use. I recommend it.

Standard jaws, works well.
These are standard size, so take the jaws sold for other coax and powerpole crimping. This tool takes a fair amount of force to close; I have to put it on the floor and lean into it.

Crimps that hold
The crimper does the job. Nice price. No problems with the ratchet or the dies. Crimped connection hold nicely. What more can you ask for?

More than adequate for home use
Although it is described as "Light Weight", this tool has plenty of heft and should stand up to years of use. Worked fine for me.

Seems sturdy
It's an exceptionally strong crimper that I may only use a half dozen times over the next year.
