A very good book for beginners.

Although targetted at someone with at least a little prior knowledge of the different types of batteries found on a boat, this book is straightforward and easy for a non-technical person to understand. It gives a comprehensive overview of the different types of batteries used on a boat, their structure and how they work, and methods of recharging including split-charging, solar panels and wind generators. The book will also be of use and interest to owners of motorhomes using leisure batteries.
