Holds my EDC
This is a good organizer for a few EDC items. I could not fit a field notebook inside but it it holds my SAK, Mini flashlight, and a Pilot Metropolitan very well. The zipper pouch is good for receipts or coins. It fits well in a pants pocket but it does bulge. The quality is good. It's rugged and I saw no loose threads. It's a good value. Overall I would recommend.

Exactly what I wanted
After doing a bunch of reading of reviews, I pulled the trigger on this one. The Honey Bourbon color is classy looking and I opted for that over the cheaper fatigue color, which I'm sure I would have also have been happy with. My Field Notes clone books (Field Book) fit into the pocket without much struggle. It is a snug fit, but I didn't have to fight it in or out. The zipper glides open and shut and the pocket itself is a decent enough size. This is a pretty substantial EDC pouch and I recommend putting a Field Notes notebook in whatever pocket in which you're intending to carry to get a feel for how it will be. I liked the idea of loading up the included 2" leather keychain square with compound and keeping it in the zipper pouch as a leather strop for my knife. Mine came with a hand signed business card from Juan, who was the worker in Mexico who made the pouch. Nice touch. Good quality for the price. This is my second Hide and Drink purchase and won't be my last.

It's holding together fairly well.
I purchased this item because I needed a pen/marker holder that could also hold a pen flashlight. It works decently for the first 2 items you put in. After that, the slant is far enough down the pouch that nothing is really secure. It does well enough and I didn't even realize it had a zippered back pouch when I ordered it. That works well for carrying a little emergency cash and a card while I'm at work.

Hand crafted and beautiful
Update 6/17/23:The 4" socket set fits perfectly in the pouch giving way more options than the Skeletool. Also, the pouch comes with a whole grain 2" square key chain. I loaded the rough side with compound so I can use it as a mini strop. This fits in the large pocket along with some folded sheets of paper for notes, along with duct tape rolled onto a business card.Original review:You don't see this kind of hand-crafted quality anymore. My pouch is very nice and is from batch # 9 and made by Kevin from Mexico using materials from Mexico.A lot of people talk about the tight fit in the front pockets. My pictures show the front pockets filled with Pilot gel pen, Leatherman Skeletool and a Lumintop single AA battery flashlight. To be clear, I'm not talking about one of those small AAA battery flashlights, this is a AA battery flashlight and is considerably wider than a AAA.Although the Skeletool does fit, it's so thick that it takes up the space in the zippered pocket. Instead, I think I'm going with the 4 1/2" Crescent pliers shown in my second picture. The pliers are much lighter than the Skeletool and is much thinner which will allow me to much more in the zippered pocket. Right now I have a small SAK, sewing measuring tape, folding magnifying glass and ear plugs in the zippered pocket and there should be enough to fit a small socket set. Also, the pouch has a beautifully sewn leather pull tab that makes pocket removal smooth and easy. It sticks right up so you just pull it and the whole thing slides out of the pants pocket.Seriously, I'm a little giddy about this thing. I don't want to fall in love just yet given that I've just received my pouch today, but I can't wait to take it with me tomorrow when I go out.Give these folks at Hide and Drink a try and don't hesitate to buy this pouch if this is what you need. I'm going to look at their other products.

Very Nice
This is a neat little piece of kit for holding a pen, multitool, and small flashlight. It'll also hold a small Moleskine style notebook and small gear in the back zip up pocket. It keeps everything nice and organized in a front pocket without feeling too bulky.

Perfect for the Rocketbook Mini notebook
Rocketbook users know that for full functionality, you have to keep some things together with your notebook/planner: you must have a FriXion pen (as you can't use any other); and to erase, you need a microfiber cloth and some water. This pouch is the perfect size for the Rocketbook Mini, and keeps everything I need together: 2 FriXion pens, a small water mister — much better than dipping the cloth in water, IMO — and the cloth (the small Rocketbook cloth that only comes with the Mini). I just grab the pouch when I go out, and I know it has everything I need; and it all can still fit in a jacket or back pocket.Very well crafted, from durable waxed canvas. (One of my rare 5-star reviews)

Essential for EDC!
Ever since I became an unofficial member of the EDC community, I've been looking for something to carry all of my stuff in without it looking or feeling too bulky. I can say without a doubt that this is the best pouch one can own to fit practically anything small in. It holds a reasonable amount of gear for the size. I was able to fit my (thin) wallet, small bit driver, small flashlight, 2 sets of tweezers (medium and small), a super thin and short pen, a balisong (butterfly knife) trainer, an eye glasses cleaning cloth, and finally my lucky decision coin (see pics above for accurate representation).Construction of the pouch seems to hold up well so far. No complaints there.Lastly the amount of colors to choose from is great for personalization as well!If you're part of the EDC community, you NEED this pouch! I look forward to using this for years to come!

Disappointed
You can't put nothing in that pouch back there as far as a flask I think the description totally wrong
