I ordered Bittwee Car Phone Holder, 360° Rotatable. Works within its limits. Not suitable for thicker phone cases and accessories on back on cases like popsockets/rings/mag holders.. For normal thin cases, yes this will hold stable. The thicker cases dont hold and the springs that hold the sliding hooks dont stay and pop the phone out. I like that this is 360 rotatable and can work in a pinch on my dresser or desktop, but I would use this in my car as I have thicker cases and accessories on my phone.

In my opinion: I like the concept of this phone holder and planned to use it on my desktop due to it's compact low profile design, and I do like that the phone can be rotated any direction. However, I use a battery case on my iPhone SE and it's too thick to fit in this holder. The two tabs at the base do spring out to grab the bottom of the phone but they don't expand quite enough to accept mine with the thick battery case. But, another family member uses a more normal/regular case on their iPhone and that device fits just fine. I don't know how well it would function or stick on a vehicle dashboard because I don't have a need to use it for that purpose, but for a desktop or chair-side table I like it, so long as the phone or case isn't too thick.
