Above and beyond other laptop stands
I cannot possibly say enough great things about this laptop stand. It's simultaneously the best desk stand, standing desk conversion, and lapdesk for chairs or bed I've ever used.I wasn't expecting this to be the case, but the legs are as fully articulating as they appear in the photos. Each joint spins a full 360°, and has a very solid feeling latch that locks into place at 15° increments. This allows it to be as versatile as it seems to be.It's nice and wide, so it comfortably sits on my couch without squeezing my lap.The fans seem fine. I haven't done any measuring to see if they meaningfully improve device cooling, but I can feel the airflow on my hand when they're in use.I only have two complaints, both minor:The legs, being fully made of hard plastic, will tend to slip and slide on hard surfaces like desktops. This is easily fixed with some stick-on nonslip foam. After taking some measurements, I bought this and added some 4" strips to each "elbow", which has flawlessly solved this problem https://www.amazon.com/dp/B089GJ5PXB/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_VhiMFbBSVM01F?_x_encoding=UTF8&psc=1The clip on mousepad feels a bit rickety, and is a bit small. It's fine for what it is but I only use it when I really have no other options for where to put the mouse.Despite these complaints, the stand itself is excellent. I can't recommend it enough.

Works but could be better...
I like the versatility of this, I have used it as a standing desk, to raise my computer to eye level when sitting, and I've used it flat just to not rest my laptop on my legs. The fans work great- I just plug it into my laptop. It was easy to assemble. The only thing I don't really like is that you have to push each button to get the legs to move. It's kind of a pain. It would be great if I could just push one button to raise the height to where I want, instead of having to adjust 6 different buttons. Don't try adjusting with long nails either. I learned that the hard way. I feel like the sides are off just slightly, making it stable enough to work from, but also a bit wobbly when typing. There are angle indicators on the sides, which could be made to be a bit more user friendly. It would also be nice if the mouse pad were a material better made for keeping the mouse in place. If it's slightly tilted, the mouse falls right off. Overall, I think I'll keep it but it could be better.

Useful, versatile and ergonomic stand!
This is ideal for use with a laptop. Adds an ergonomic dimension to at home or office use. Can be used in any situation or any location sitting or standing - use in your couch or chair over your lap, use on your desk for greater comfort when typing and for your posture when sitting, or adds the added comfort for using your laptop while standing. The fan allows cooling of your equipment while in use. The fact that it elevates the equipment improves air flow anyway. This thing has improved my work and school from home situation.Set up was not very tricky. Be sure to press the tabs before trying to move the legs to get your ideal angled or you may break it.Highly recommend this though.

You may be disappointed
HUANUO Adjustable Laptop Stand arrived in pristine condition and on time. The stand came professionally packaged, and the setup was straightforward as everything you needed to assemble it was included, including clear directions. I would rate the design a 6.5 out of 10. The cons: the stand tends to jiggle from left to right when you type. So, the constant lateral motion can be annoying. Maybe a connecting rod between the two legs would minimize this motion. Another concern is the legs' bottom surface, which is hardened plastic, so they slide around on a hard desktop or table. The legs should have bumpers or another device to keep the laptop stand in one place. The pros: the different adjustable angles the legs provide would be a strong point. In short, the laptop stand works pretty well. Still, there's definite room for improvement, especially regarding the product's stability (adjustable stand comes with two electric cooling fans, but I don't need them for my setup -- so I can't comment on them further). Using the stand probably won't feel as steady (sturdy) as typing directly on your laptop computer. I think this product will not be as useful as you might think because of the shortcomings described herein.

One of the best investments I’ve made!
This is a bit delayed review, but this is quite a wonderful investment, specially if you like to move around and have a solid surface to work, draw (Id recommend using a flat surface, when doing so) as the surface of the laptop stand has a delicate rigged pattern for your laptop to slide off from it!And you can even use it for dinner or lunch if you like. But if you use your laptop it even has 2 fans underneath to help cool down and prevent your computer from overheating, and I’d kid you not, you can even feel it lol (I just wished it had lights underneath).Oh and the legs can bend in any way possible, which makes this ever so useful!!! The legs do LOCK into Place, with a satisfying “CLICK” when doing so!And it’s steady and stern as well. PS. It has a mouse plate which can be detached from either left or right!Overall a MUST HAVE!

Works for Drawing Tablets
I bought this stand for my drawing tablet rather than for a laptop, and it works great. I wanted a stand that could hold up the tablet enough for me to also use a keyboard under it, and it did exactly what I needed it to.Getting the stand to the position needed is a bit tricky, but the buttons have degrees written on them to help balance them to the same angles. Sometimes pressing the button to move the legs can be a bit awkward, but that might just be me.Since I use the stand for my drawing tablet, I don't use the built-in fans, but they do seem to work. I also don't use the mouse attachment, so I can't comment on that.If you are looking for this stand for more than just laptops, it is a good buy. Sturdy, very versatile in the angles and height. Good enough space to fit an average keyboard between the legs (barely).
