Great product
I like the rack of the design of how deep it is and very roomy for my kitchen. It looks open and give the appearance of more open space on my counter. Also, the design of the float any excess water out with no residual. It is just perfect fit and looks great in my kitchen. The rack can hold so many plate since I have my relative coming to eat dinner at my house occasionally. I don’t have to worry about not having enough space to put it in after I washed the dishes. This is the nicest dish rack I have ever owned.

No microfiber drying mat
I ordered this twice. First time the drain board was broken and no microfiber drying mat included. The second time everything was intact, but still no microfiber drain mat as stated.What does a girl have to do to get a microfiber drying mat?

Item did not come with microfiber mat
Overall good product so far however item did not come as described with the microfiber mat.
