Q: Are the shoes comfortable to walk in all day? Second are these shoes slip resistant? Third are they water and oil proof?

Ok Lets start with the first. Yes they are comfortable. Need about a three day break in. I am a Paramedic/Firefighter and have had these shoes on with out taking off the longest being 18 hours. They are slip resistant new. As the soles were they get worse. Depends on what you are looking for when it comes to water and Oil proof. They are resistant but not proof. I'm sure you could treat them to make the proof (at least close to it).
