After using 2 times remote does not work, I took out fair trade policy but can’t seem to get straight answer from them! Bought 3 smaller balls and one large, smaller ones ok, sad big one will not light up because of remote! How can we get just remote replaced, don’t want to bother with sending large ball back! Just need remote replaced!

I REALLY wanted these to work because when they do work, they are really nice looking additions to the pool. The issue is that they leak water into the LED ring/battery compartment. As was mentioned in the other review, these don't look to be waterproof enough to last past one use and as a result, are $80 dollar non-colored non-glowing floating plastic balls in the pool which is pretty horrible. I will continue buying and returning before the 30-days is up until the company does something to fix these things or they run out of stock. Luckily, Amazon made the return process painless and easy.
