The bottle says it has taurine- is this taurine lab synthesized? Or animal product?

Hi, it’s vegan so that means it doesn’t contain animal products.

Is this product cruelty-free?

Doesn’t do anything for me. Just a waist of resources.

The 200mg capsule appears to be the same size as 100mg. Is that to be expected?

Yes. They are both the same size

Is this for women only ?

No, anyone can take 5HTP, it has a calming effect and helps me to sleep better.
