This product has all the ingredients I need to keep my hair and nails healthy and nourished.

I have been taking this vitamin for a few weeks. I have noticed my nails growing better but not much difference yet. I am sure I need to keep taking for at least 6 weeks to notice any changes.

This review is for Ponytail Hair Growth Supplement with Biotin, Vitamin B12, and Keratin for Men and Women, 60 Capsules. I've made some dietary changes this year that have been, for the most part, very positive, But, as with many changes of this nature, it can affect one's hair. often by thinning or recession. It's the sort of thing that will, for many, eventually turn around as overall health improves. I'm hoping Ponytail will help along the way. Having B12 as part of the formulation, is a bonus.

I've tried several hair supplements and this has more nutrients than a lot of similar products on the market but without all the fillers like magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, etc.Besides the standard truckload of biotin, this has a comprehensive spectrum of other essential B vitamins as well as a few key herbs and collagen, although not in an amount that would really improve hair growth. (Take 5-10 grams of powdered collagen a day and not a 100 mg capsule if you want to actually reap added benefits from collagen.)Most of the vitamins in this are of decent quality, in a form that your body can absorb, with a few exceptions where they cut corners and threw in cheap versions of a vitamin or mineral like calcium carbonate. Your body can't utilize that form of calcium very well.These are somewhat large capsules and they do smell strongly of B vitamins so just be ready for that. But I do appreciate that the only flowing agent used is organic brown rice concentrate.

I was looking for a multi vitamin that had all the necessary vitamins and minerals my body needs plus the ones that will help with hair and nail growth. These are perfect. No junk fillers and has just the right amount of everything I wanted. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste and results pretty quickly.My hair seems to be healthier and growing faster. My brittle, shirt nails are now stronger and growing. It took about a month of taking the vitamin daily to see results and I'd say that's pretty quick compared to others I've tried. I'm very happy.

This is a terrific supplement. After almost two weeks my husband's terribly soft nails began improving. My nails are in decent shape, but now they're stronger now than they were. before I began taking it. We're both very pleased with this supplement.It's too soon to have proof that it will improve my brittle hair, but I intend to keep taking this supplement because I believe that if it works so well on nails it will help my hair as well.

I put three starts because the pills are fairly natural but I did not see any results after 5 months which I did see with my previous pills

I’ve been trying to grow out my hair for a year & 5 months and trying all types of supplements from collagen to biotin. This one is pretty complete because it also has other nutrients that your hair needs to grow. I have grown my hair below my shoulder but I want to grow it out long. I didn’t notice a significant amount of growth, but maybe it takes a while.
