Sharp and Flat
Great tool that handles well. It's sharp and flat. Love the feel of it, very lightweight and beefy at the same time. Perfect.

Highly recommend
It's simple but gets the job done and that was a good while ago. Very good tool and good design and appearance.

Sturdy, well made
I have had one for years and it is my go to for baking along with other uses. I bought another for my daughter.

Does everything it says it will do, and more.
Not much I don’t like about this. It does appear to be a stamped piece of stainless but that’s what works. The corners have sharp points so be careful. It cuts through dough like a breeze. Made making bagels much easier. The Handel is textured plastic so it’s easy grip and clean. And of course scrapes the counter quite well. Great purchase.

Great’ish
Not as stainless as I’d like. Some minor spotting from not emptying the dishwasher fast enough. Otherwise works great!

Cadillac of cutters
Cooks illustrated knows their stuff and I typically buy what they recommend when I need a new kitchen item. This was no different. Best cutter/scraper I’ve owned. Really cuts dough well, and its beveled blade edge scoops up chopped veggies, flour remnants, coffee grounds with nary a trace from my cutting board or counter. Cleans beautifully in dishwasher.
