This vibration plate is easy to use and perfect for boosting circulation and toning. The 99 levels give a good range, and the resistance bands are a nice bonus. It’s helped with lymphatic drainage and fits well into my weight loss routine. A bit noisy at high speeds, but overall, very effective!

I absolutely love my Vibration Plate Exercise Machine! This machine has quickly become a staple in my daily routine, and I’m already seeing great results. I purchased this to help get more circulation following a knee surgery. I feel like it’s beneficial however I don’t put my surgical leg on it- it seems to aggravate my knee. I stand on a yoga block to stay level. I wish I could disconnect the blue tooth option, it doesn’t sound that great, It over rides my very nice portable speaker. It’s sturdy and stable.After a few more uses of it I decided to return it because my phone calls and text messages came through on the speaker. I just don’t like all that technical disruption.

This was one of the best exercise type machines in a long time. I suffer from autoimmune conditions that cause a lot of pain throughout my body. This vibration machine is really helping my pain. I spend most of my days in a chair and bed and this vibration plate is easy to use and helps prevent blood clots. It has improved my circulation. I am not the only one who uses it. My mom decided she loves it too. My favorite program is 5, which is the running. It sure gets my heart racing. It is not very noisy. I have noticed my balance is getting better and I'm building muscle. I highly recommend it!!

The product came very quickly and very well packaged. It is very sturdy and has multiple levels of vibration. It provides a great workout along with the stretch bands. It is pretty low profile as I store it under my bed no problem. It does suction to the floor which is a plus. I did take a picture of the front of it because that is where the power on/off switch is. Overall, it is easy to use and would highly recommend it!!!!
