Smaller than expected but warms back of neck nicely. Could be a little warmer but will see as it gets colder how it works. Big battery pack that can be used to charge other devices is nice. Not exactly what we hoped for but exactly what was advertised.

Its not a traditional scarf that frays over time. Good material that kept me warm during my trip. Also the battery lasts a decent amount of time.

6 days after return date, my grandma asked me to look and see if there's a tag rubbing on her ear. On closer inspection, I noticed a burning plastic smell. I had her take it off and found a burn hole in the scarf and a red spot on her ear!! This is UNSAFE!!!!Update: Since my review, the company has reached out to me and gave me a full refund. Customer service is an A+

It comes presented in a gift box with a white powerbank, type-c charging cord. I am someone who struggles to keep warm in cold winter days. I've used and tested several heated items over the last few years, such as heated socks, heated boots, heated blanket. But I love this heating scarf best. It's super easy and convenient to use, you could wear it outside with the long-lasting powerbank and keep you warm effectively.

I was just out in the yard, it's 32 degrees. I had the scarf on with my lightweight winter jacket. I was setting up Christmas decorations and never felt cold. Warm neck= happy me!EDIT!! Just wore the scarf for about 45 minutes, odd smell......... BURNED A HOLE IN THE FABRIC AND BURNED MY NECK!!!!!
