Well unfortunately I never received my item. I was told after waiting for a while that it was undeliverable and so the item was cancelled. I never received my refund even though it states that I did. I tried several times speaking in your chat and I wasn’t given an acceptable explanation for why I didn’t receive my refund. The persons name in your chat that I was speaking with regarding this was Falguni. This person said I used it up for another purchase. She never bothered to check the amount that is used up and you can see that it wasn’t the amount of $21.30 that I used. All she needed to do was to go in and check the refunds added to my gift card balance and she would have seen that amount wasn’t added in there. I’m not sure why it’s saying that I was refunded when I wasn’t.
