So much easier than other options
Wish I would have found this sooner!! So convenient and easy to use for low back pain! Makes it easier to ice yourself when you can still move around and accomplish things. We have used it for back, shoulders, neck- very easy to manipulate, comfortable, stays cool for a long time. A bit bulky to store but worth it!!

Fits snug and gets the right spots cold
I absolutely love it. The fact that the proprietary gel fits and contour better along with a compression system and stays cold longer just feels amazing.

Great tool for surgery recovery!
I used this to recover from abdominal surgery, it cools fast, stays pretty cold for a while and being able to strap it into place was incredibly helpful

I love the heat and cold options
I like this a lot. I prefer the heat for my back. It stays warm for more than 20 minutes. You don’t need to heat it up more than one minute. I also wrapped it around my thigh as well. I did freeze it. It isn’t hard when you take it out of the freezer. If it is all you have to do is massage it a little. It was cold. It wasn’t too cold. The heat provides more relief for my back. I love that the Velcro belt is adjustable. All in all I really like this. I may buy another so I can freeze one and use heat for the other. That way I can easily heat up it up or take it out of the freezer and use. I won’t have to wait for it to get to room temperature before I can put in the freezer or heat up.

Great for low back pain management
I herniated a disc in my low back and the chiropractor I was seeing would put a tens unit and an ice pack on my back and I thought, "couldn't I do this at home for free?" So that's what I did! I got a tens unit and this ice pack and I use it often! I actually like it better than the one the doctor had because of the compression. It gets closer to your body. I like that it's wearable because you can walk around the house with it or wear it in the car.

False advertising
Did not come with 2 separate gel packs, as advertised. It’s one unit and must be at room temperature before placing it in the microwave for 2 minutes or the freezer for two hours. Just don’t lie.

Would buy again
Comfortable, adjustable. Fit well. Compression was great feature. Great quality. Stayed cold long enough, and was cold enough to be effective. Did not take long in the freezer to be able to reuse again.
