Brewer Sewing Low Shank Ruler Foot with 3mm Template

Alas, this ruler foot works with the old style Bernina sewing machines. Previously I purchased another brand and the needle was not centered which rendered it useless unless you wanted to only use the ruler on the sides of the needle and not the front and back. You do need, however, to have the adaptor for the foot.

Very poor quality. Broke my first Westalee lowering the needle with the foot up. Just soldered together. Was replacing that one but this one was not centered on the machine needle. So sent it back. Good concept for quilting but now using the more expensive Bernina foot but had to make adjustments in height on the rulers which were too thin and not high enough. Bernina foot only fits Bernina machines.

Use this on my Viking Saphhire 930. It's a dream. It stays on and doesn't get loose. Great for free motion quilting and using with rulers.

I will need more practice, but this is an exciting innovation for free motion quilting on a domestic machine. Fits my Babylock machine, and many others.

Worked perfectly on my Janome 6300. Learned new techniques with arc ruler.

The ruler foot is great. The ruler that comes with it is a little too thin but I think it will still be useful. I'll be using thicker rulers with the foot.

The item was exactly what I wanted to quilt with templates for a beautiful quilt.

Unfortunately didn’t fit my older Viking #1 sewing machine 😒
